The sofa was nice to sit on when we got to the room. I liked having shampoo available to wash my hair when I forget to bring some.

The bed was to firm. I would have preferred a softer mattress. I did not like having to pay to park at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room & building were very clean. Housekeeping was vacuuming the hallways & mopped the elevators & landings near the elevator. Very impressed

We only stayed one night so not too much of an issue, but the water in the tub & sink only got luke warm. Even after running them for 10 minutes. And for my taste, the coffee wasn't very good.

Couldn't thank the staff enough. They were amazing. Was there for a diaper party in one of the meeting rooms, and the staff was beyond helpful with everything.

Was not a good selection for the breakfast. Main bathroom on the main level kept getting worked on so it was difficult to use during the party.

In the booking it listed that there would be a balcony but there wasn't. The bed sheets weren't very clean.

brown sugar for oatmeal was great but like a rock I had to break up but it melted in the oatmeal. That's probably usual for brown sugar yes?

Location was convenient to the highway, and the breakfast was good. My kid liked the pancake machine. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Truly the only complaint was the temperature of the pool, which was a bit cold. We were warned by the front desk staff. We booked this place because there was a pool, and it was tolerable for myself and my kid, but might not be for some guests.

Close to highway, clean, kind staff, great breakfast, very nice and big room.

Our room was directly behind the elevator and heard it going up and down until I fell asleep. I can only imagine that the hotel was full for this room to be assigned to anyone.

Bed was comfortable, surprisingly. Breakfast was about what you'd expect from a free breakfast at a hotel. Didn't care for the location but that's my fault.

None of the outlets worked in the bathroom. Bathroom sink was weird so I had to stand on my tippy toes to brush my teeth and wash up.

Kids enjoyed pool and breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
