There were weird smells in the elevator and in the hallway on the third floor. The third floor smelled badly like wet dog and we had a noisy neighbor however, the staff handled that situation well.

Didn't take advantage of the breakfast. But I did go down at 9a one morning and no coffee.. Bed and pillows very comfy

I had to ask several evenings for more coffee packets in room. Also for toilet paper as only half a roll in our room for 8 night stay. Should be two rolls in a room, I think.

Breakfast and location were great! There was a pleasantly surprising variety at breakfast with many healthier options

Many of the machines in the fitness center were not working, our tv didn’t work as there were apparently satellite issues, there was a dirty utensil in the kitchen drawer. The beds were ok, nothing to write home about but not the worst either

Love the location close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. This place is always my go to place when I'm in the Toledo area.

The room this time was a little off. It just seemed to need an update. Nothing horrible the bathroom door looked as if the lock had been messed with, the colors of the wall paper not as colorful and modern as other rooms I have stayed in at this same motel. Still clean as ever just needs a little update.

Very, very clean! Im a very picky person, and this place surprised me by how clean the room was. The bathroom was spotless. The room was a very comfortable size for 3 of us. The location was great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants right in the same plaza. The staff was very pleasant. Greated us with a smile and was very accommodating.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds. The location is in walking distance to excellent dining options. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, and the staff was hospitable and attentive. I would certainly stay here again.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff were so friendly! Our housekeeper was always smiling and would greet us in the mornings, it was such a pleasure! The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice, and clean, and plenty of towels. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

Location and comfortable room.

We had to go to the front desk twice because the battery in our door lock died so our room key wouldn't work. They were able to get us in and changed the battery the next morning.

Location at Levis Commons excellent; parking - good; Bed comfy, cleaning services good; quiet facility; front desk responsive to our requests

Shower and hot water pressure in sink, not so good. Couple times no hot water which they fixed, but pressure could hav been better.
