it was clean and had a nice pool. Good information on places to eat in the town and easy free parking.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the booking system and we didn’t get the room we had booked. After three attempts to find a room two were already occupied we found a room that we could use. The staff on the desk were very apologetic and helpful but they could only deal with the situation and seemed to have no powers to compensate us as the room we took was cheaper but we had already paid. A request to hear from the manager never materialised. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to receive an official apology.

Loved the breakfast, the bar, and the location to the downtown area. The gal who checked us in was the same gal who served our drinks at the bar...she was fabulous! I didn't find a speck of dust in our hotel room and I enjoyed the pool as well. I'm sure the patio with the fire pit is nice in the warmer months. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The rest of the staff did not engage or even make eye contact unless absolutely necessary. Getting forks for the continental breakfast proved to be a real chore for the young man working Saturday morning. The temperature of the hotel was on the brisk side, with the third floor being absolutely frigid. We had to crank the heat in our room up to 75 to make it tolerable.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, the pool, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to town and the attractions we visited. The parking was plentiful and the outdoor area was great for playing catch and burning off energy with my kiddos.

The female front desk staff said there was no more cream cheese even thought there was a huge stack of it in the refrigerator 10 mins prior. Breakfast was not great, but did not job. Just make sure to get there early because the door closes and won't let you in past 9AM.

The entire hotel was pretty clean. The staff was very friendly and would see you in the hall way to see if you needed anything whatsoever. The pool was nice and clear, unlike some of the places we stayed at. The beds were comfortable as well. I do wish there was more options for breakfast but, my kids enjoyed everything they had. I would definitely stay here again if needed! Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed In.

Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and entertainment opportunities. But for enough away so the rooms are quiet. Breakfast meals was wonderful. A great variety of foods, that were accessible and kept warm and filled. Very clean and delicious. Room was clean, smelled clean as we entered, but not chemically saturated. We had plenty of room to relax and rest after our trip.

My only wish was that pets stayed free. As they are a part of families. We certainly don't want to leave them behind or have to spread a already tight budget, even tighter.

Love the hotel. Room is great space for my family of 6. Staff has amazing been great.

When my family went to breakfast, we had to wait for things to be stocked(this is the 2nd time). Unsure If it was a family or something in the hotel but a loud noise woke our family at 5am.

The staff was great, the room smelled like musty old man, as well as the bathroom, but we made it work. weve stayed alot of places this year and the working man smell has been present in quite a few places,

the breakfast wasn't restocked quickly enough we were there for a sporting event and couldnt wait for new bagels so we didnt get to take advantage of the food

We love staying there during travel volleyball season because it’s conveniently located, has a professional, warm staff, and a great breakfast for free.

The only thing I would change would be to improve the comfort of the beds. they’re fine, but a little more comfortable would be nice. And a couple of firmer pillows mixed in with the ones they have.

Requested upper floor; room was on first which would’ve been fine except guest overhead stomped back and forth incessantly and dropped heavy items on the floor well after midnight. Sounded like they were coming through the floor/ceiling at times, but that was the guest’s fault not the hotel. Bathroom floor needed mopped.

The service was excellent. The room and bathroom was very clean The bed was comfortable and loved the shower. The breakfast and coffee was delicious.The area was very quiet. We loved our stays there. We definitely will be staying a lot more.
