Breakfast was very nice. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

I booked through Trivargo and realized I thought I was getting a room with handicap access and I clicked the wrong room. Imediately I called the hotel, the hotel told me I needed to call who I booked with. So I called trivargo they told me I needed to get in touch with who booked it I got in touch with booking.com, they asked for my information reguarding the booking, gave it to them and no results. in the meantime with no handicap access my husband did not join me for the weekend. I know I accidentally clicked the wrong room and immediately tried to fix it and got no help.

The staff was phenomenal! Caring, compassionate, courteous, and accommodating. Room very large and comfortable for the price. Delicious complimentary cookies and popcorn in the afternoon/evening was a nice treat. Refreshing lemon infused water always available in the lobby.

The only constructive criticism to offer would be: the towels were not changed on a daily basis even if requested -had to ask twice on a few occasions. Perhaps a slightly larger breakfast offering would have been nice.

Location is excellent. Convenient shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and medical facilities including Urgent Care. Staff were friendly and helpful. Michelle really made me feel welcome and important. She thanked me several times for choosing this location several times during the week I was here.

The new policy on room cleaning. I left towels outside of my room to be replaced with clean towels and none arrived. I then asked at the desk and was told I needed to order them. This was not clear in their documentation in my room.

I am a recovering Leukemia patient at the James in Columbus, OH. We go there every 2 weeks for infusions. When the appointments are early morning, we head down the night before, just to avoid the stress and to make sure we get some sleep. This was our first time staying in Marysville, we will be back. Just wish there was a way to get the room a little cheaper, renting a room every 2 weeks gets expensive. We tried Extended Stay in Columbus, definitely not the place to stay if you are trying to rest. Thank you for keeping a very nice hotel where my wife and I feel good staying the night.

The only thing, and it is minor, is the pillows. Not the best I have used in a hotel, but we did sleep.

Staff amazing, friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary lemon water, cookies and popcorn available in the lobby. Complimentary chili night when we were there. Staff provides a very inclusive, homey feeling ❤️

Not a complaint but suggest a door tag or similar to request towel/trash change. Occasionally desk staff are not available or busy to request service.

I liked the size of the room. It was very clean. Plenty of room for 2 Adults and 3 kids.

The placement of the TV. The TV was hard to see from the 2 beds in the room. Also, had to share TV between beds and sitting area on the couch. Could not be watched at the same time in both locations. Suggest adding another TV for larger rooms with sitting area.

SUPER CLEAN! This location was very clean. Staff was very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfy. This was our second stay here. Whenever we travel to Marysville in the future we'll stay again. Very satisfied. 5 🌟 across the board. Thanks 😊

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed, from the staff, to cleanliness, to the breakfast, all are wonderful!

If it were up to me. i would have a bigger coffee pot in the room! But that is the only thing I would change!

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The lady working during breakfast was busy preparing food but took the time to let me check an ingredient label for my food allergy child. I appreciated her taking those few extra seconds for me. Staff at desk were very friendly.

Only complaint was walls seem thin. Could hear room next to us with small kids.

Room was nicely set up with 2 queen beds, a sectional in the sitting area with a good size desk with ample storage area. Breakfast was great, my grandson loved the waffles. We also lounged at the pool, indoor.
