Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast options. Room was very clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Bedside light combo didn’t work on one side of the bed. TV remote was messed up. Couldn’t change channels or turn tv off with the remote. Unable to change channels on the tv itself, but we were able to at least turn it off with the button on the tv. Bed was very creaky every time we would climb onto the bed (very loud!), but once in bed it was fine.

The beds were SUPER comfortable & clean! The room was nice space & it was quiet. Breakfast was good. Beautiful hotel. Daytime staff were friendly.

Although it was clean, they had a lot of ants in our room. They were crawling on the desk & across the floor. Thankfully not on our beds though. The night staff wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open until 10 am especially since check out is at 11. Not much parking.

Near I 70, a truck stop exit, situated behind a Cracker Barrel restaurant .. good food nearby! Easy access to freeway and fuel. Staff was courteous and helpful, nice selection of food for free breakfast.

ALmost eveything

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The sausage links were terrible. The eggs were runny. The sausage gravy looked like it was recycled from the previous day. The orange juice mix was way off. This is not an isolated issue. I've stayed at comfort suies in the past and the breakfast has never been good.

Good location and quiet. Always very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. This was our 4th stay here.

We always have a good experience here. Unfortunately this time we were kept awake most of the night by extremely noisy people fighting for hours in the next room. We reported it twice to the front desk.

The breakfast was one of the best.

The outside keypad on the side of the building was exit only but there is no sign that states that. You park over there and swipe 10 times before you figure it out, and then have to lug all your luggage around to the front of the building. The front desk could have told us that when he told us where our room was.

Very nice and clean the room was also nice and big for us. Definitely felt like had enough room and the breakfast was good in the morning.

The pool was not open which made me and my child sad. Hopefully next time we stay they pool will be working.

The room had been updated and was very nice to walk onto. Nice big screen TV. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The mattress was very soft and lumpy. They decided on a Holiday weekend to redo the parking lot. Front entrance was closed but open by Monday morning. The side entrance steps were treacherous and no handrail.

The gentleman checking us in was very pleasant and it went very quickly. Walking into the room the first thing I noticed was the room smelled cleaned, not perfumed but clean. Love the vinyl floors over carpet! This room featured that

One side of the bed would make a popping sound if you shifted or rolled in the bed.

The breakfast was really good.

The night shift manager didn’t have a clue what he was doing on the night of 21 Nov. We moved our nights over one night and had our confirmation number and everything. He couldn’t and would look for our confirmation number. He just said we didn’t have one and that was it. We called booking.com and then his attitude changed.
