The hotel was very nice! We absolutely loved the pool area. We loved that it goes from 3ft to 5ft. We didn't have to worry about the kids being able to swim and play. The staff was all super nice. The whole experience was a wonderful one.

The snack machines are a bit over priced. The beds weren't as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed in. Neither issue is a deal breaker. We would absolutely stay here again!

Not the best part of town but close to what I came for. The staff was very nice.

The abandoned car that appeared to be being used by questionable employees was a bit unsettling. I'm not sure all the housekeeping staff are on a real payroll because a child helping another slightly older teen usually aren't of legal age to work.

The hotel seems to be near completing the process of remodeling. My room was fresh, new, clean, and nicely appointed. The bathroom was very clean and very large. I rested very well. The staff was excellent and always willing to be helpful.

Breakfast. One apple, and/ or one orange, only waffles and cold cereal. That is not good for diabetics. I had to eat off-site.

🙂 It was newly remodeled we was right by the pool which the kids loved the bathroom was amazing one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed at I highly recommend this place .🙂

🙂 The staff was absolutely fantastic the pool and whirlpool was fantastic it has a gaming area a gym but the best part was the clean room the bathroom was so clean and new loved this place so if your headed to Springfield Ohio stop in here you won't be disappointed 😀

that it was clean it is an older building but with that being said it’s well kept !

some faint smells of Marijuana , and the side doors of the entrances of building anyone can get in so basically you don’t have to have a key card to get in the actual building through hallway entrances that makes it a lil creepy. But seems to be safe enough area and place though

That there is a nice indoor pool and hot tub . That it’s clean and bug free . My daughter had a procedure done and had a hard time waking up they allowed us to have a hour later check out without costing more . That was very nice of the staff.

The beds this time were hard and not as comfortable as in the past stays .

The hotel was extremely clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was already cooled .

No AC when eating breakfast. Could not take food out of breakfast area to eat in our air conditioned room

the fact that I had to pay an additional $20 per night for my little dog. Red roof in right around the corner does not charge extra for pets. the other thing was that there were no bars of soap for washing.
