Everything was excellent, and the staff was fantastic! Front desk folks were terrific and very helpful in helping me to extend our stay. Our original plan was to stay only one night, then stay over 2 additional nights at hotel in Dayton. BUT, the staff and accommodations were sooooo good that we canceled our Dayton reservation to stay at the Hampton 2 more days. Also, a special "shout out" to the breakfast folks - excellent food, excellent everything!!!

If anyone complains about this hotel, the accommodations, or the staff, don't pay any attention to them...tell them to go next door to Motel 6 instead.

We stay at the Springfield Hampton Inn every year when we visit the Heart of Ohio Antique Mall. I like that it's clean, and close to where we are going.

I am diabetic and I have to stay gluten free. The breakfast LOOKED really good, but all I could eat were the eggs (I trusted that they were gluten free!) and an orange...

I never like staying in that location. Always something sketchy, this trip was people wandering with gas cans asking for money.

Clean room, great towels, nice sheets, air conditioning was efficient & staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice! Appreciated the chicken sausage. Remodel looks good! Wish I'd brought my swimsuit.

Tub had rust colored marks at drain & along wall but seemed clean.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay for the night while traveling. It is close to the highway, clean, comfortable & breakfast included. Room was remodeled nicely & was huge! Overall good place to stay.

The coffee was not good, but this didn't impact our review.

I enjoyed the friendly service and cleanliness of the facilities. Our tv was not working and the front desk came right up and fixed it. The gym facilities were great and the room was nice and clean.

Staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. Loved that there were many hooks in the room & thinks were well stocked.

Bathroom was not swept well.

The room was pretty, the staff was so kind and the breakfast was yummy.

There was pubic hair on the shower wall and I could see dried fluid on the bathroom floor.

One of the quietest hotels we have ever stayed at. Everyone at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!
