The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and pretty quiet. I liked that they had Dove products as I had never used their hair products before and ended up really liking them. Breakfast wasn’t overly exciting but there was enough variety to get a good meal in. The location was perfect as I was there for the Springfield Extravaganza and it wasn’t too far of a drive to the fairgrounds, and plenty of food options were within walking distance. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

I don’t like that the rooms are cleaned every day just because it seems wasteful. We stopped doing that in most, if not all, hotels in Canada, so I didn’t think to put the “do not disturb” sign on my door when I came back to nap one day, and felt bad when one of the employees walked in, whoops! I also don’t like that there wasn’t a recycling bin in the room, I didn’t want to throw my recyclables out so I just kind of put them in a pile hoping they’d get recycled by the staff.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, it was nice to have more than just waffles and cereal. We felt safe at this location and the staff was extremely kind.

We booked through a 3rd party and we were told there was a hot tub, unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However the pool was very clean and well maintained.

Having a whirlpool bath in the living room was great! I got to watch tv while I soaked. Liked the extra shower as I then used it to wash my hair. There was lots of lighting so I had fun playing which to turn on or use. The light above the hot tub is adjustable to dim. Liked the look of the front sink. The whole room was very spacious and especially the king bed. Appreciated having an empty fridge to place my pop ect into and the microwave, once I figured out how to work the dial on it, came in handy too! Bathroom was very spacious also! The whole place was so big! And also the breakfast was fantastic! The sausage was warm and the muffins were soft and my favorites blueberry! The whole place remained nice and quiet all day and night with no disturbances whatsoever. Easy parking, easy to find, and easy to walk to some of the nearby places. Staff was friendly and efficient with check in and out. Very clean and tidy like a magazine photo.

Well, there could have been more towels. The hair towels seemed kind of small and I was not able to wrap them around my head. I'd say add more body towels than the smaller ones. I could not figure out how to work the heater/air conditioner. It got kind of chilly in the room, but I could not adjust to make the temperature warmer at all.

The room was big and very comfortable. Also quiet. The yogurt was a nice addition to breakfast. Check in was fast and easy thanks to pre-booking.

There wasn't an elevator for the second floor. Very hard for old people to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Also on the morning we opted for breakfast at the hotel, the young man took forever to stock it. Coffee ran out almost immediately. Perhaps it would be nice to offer a third cereal option. My husband had to pick out all the raisins in the raisin bran because he's allergic to them. Maybe Cheerios?

The staff were excellent and very helpful…easy checking in…..lots of choice for breakfast, did not hurry us to finish….location worked great for our visit to the area….easy on and off the interstate

Think it would be good to have a grab bar to help getting in and out of the tub

it was so nice, clean, and just pure heaven after the hotels we have been too!! they didn’t charge us the deposit since we were coming in late and only staying the one night.

I do agree with other reviews that breakfast could’ve been a bit more but if they don’t have more staff members then one can’t complain. it was good enough. and I would’ve like more shower pressure but hey I would rake this room over some others I’ve been too any time!!!!

Close to Interstate, close to restaurants, close to fairgrounds because we attended the cattle show.

The lounge area could have been bigger, maybe a cozy fireplace with a couch to relax and read a book or magazine.

It was comfortable, clean hotel.

The breakfast area was inadequate. There were only a few tables for the number of rooms. It was very cramped. And really - powdered creamer. Can you not use real cream and there was no decaf coffee!!!!!!!!! For such a nice hotel this was a disappointment.

The property was clean & well maintained. My room was off an interior corridor and in a quiet area so I felt safe. Each time I entered the employee at the desk greeted me. I noticed at breakfast that food was replenished as needed.

The breakfast was better than some similar places we've stayed. I appreciated the warm egg patties and sausages and selection of cold cereals, as well as cups of yogurt. Good job, so keep it up!
