Allen was great! We had an issue with the room we were given and he quickly switched us to another room. All front desk staff was great with providing ice for my cooler when the ice machine was broken.
Breakfast selection was limited while there but not sure if due to weekend or availability.

The hotel was nice and the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing!
I didn’t enjoy not having the WiFi that was offered. I don’t know if they need a new router but I wasn’t able to pick it up.

All was good even with the hotel renovations that were going on!
Dust from renovations was visible thru the vinyl that was put up. But it was not a hinderance as it was very minimal and was kind of expected based on construction!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT VERY CLEAN THE RECEPTION LADY WAS AMAZING
BOOKING.COM SCREWED UP OUR RESERVATIONS FOR THREE ROOMS BUT THE RECEPTION LADY AT THE DESK WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL GETTING US THE THIRD ROOM

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Carla, the GM was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location off the Interstate. Check-in and check out went smoothly.
Hard time getting into parking lot because of too much snow. But Carla took care of that immediately. Tough to fight Mother Nature.
