Just had another stay here and it was great. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Very easy access to the freeway. The breakfast is a notch above other Baymont and even had real scrambled eggs. Good value as well. I got a good nights sleep and there was plenty of free parking. The only thing I would suggest is that they clean up the parking lot a bit. I will be staying here next time I visit Dallas

We enjoyed not only the price, but closeness to restaurants and highway towards lake was even better. For a last minute trip, exceptional price and cheaper than going to the lake facilities.

The only issue we had was with a "nosy neighbor". Our room shared a door with adjoining room, and this guest called us after 9 pm just to tell us they could "hear us" in next room. We just walked into room to get to bed and were surprised another room could call us directly, and were were not even speaking! No fault of the facility, and call wasn't from reception. Just another customer who had no discretion or care for our privacy, or time concerns on their behalf.

Location was good, room was comfortable and an overall great value. As long as you are not looking forward to the breakfast, you can't beat the price compared to the comforts.

Breakfast was absolutely nasty. The coffee was really quite gross, but the scrambled eggs were left on a heating plate that was off and partially open. The juices were in pitchers in a mini fridge and neither appeared to be cleaned in a while; I'm not even sure how long the juice had been in there. After checking out the conditions of the eating area, I opted to skip the breakfast and get something on the road.

Large rooms. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpfull.

Do not like the fact that they pool was closed.That is one reason I went there because my son loves to swim and I thought it'd be nice going to an outdoor pool. You're ADS and your website. Did not say anything about the pool closed? That was a disappointment for my son.8

Very clean and professional staff. Loved the complimentary breakfast options. The rooms spacious and firm but very comfortable beds. I loved the fragrance that was throughout the inn. They also had a pool and exercise room which were well kept and orderly.

Nice,quiet and up to date rooms,small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with daily housekeeping. All the staff are nice, breakfast is provided and they keep it very clean no bugs nice beds and washer and dryer on site. Next to Whataburger is a plus

I lucked out staying here for a night. There was one room left only. I had a really long day and just needed a place to rest my head. I received my sweet Selene who was so wonderful, gracious and helpful.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is convenient for travelers. Breakfast options are decent, though could use more variety. Overall, a solid choice for a short visit!

The price is great, and the room is spacious. Given the price we pay, the hotel definitely exceeds our expectation. The staff members are also very helpful. We like most of the things in the hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay near Davis, this place has a great value for money.

The breakfast has few options. However, again, since the price is low, we are not expecting good breakfast anyway. Also, it would be better if the wall can be more sound-proof.

I called the office after an hour in the room because of how cold the room was with heater as high as it would. She responded quickly, getting a heater for room. The room was much warmer after next hour.

The breakfast was the worst on my whole trip.3 kinds of cold cereal n mini muffins. Coffee maker was confusing n i never figured it out Orange juice was watered down. Evening desk clerk was very unfriendly n never smiled the whole time I was there. She answered questions in a very unfriendly manner.
