Everything seemed to be brand new. The room was well lit and had the usual amenities. Comfortable bed.

Because everything was new, there was a significant chemical smell in the room. The window could not be opened. Hopefully it will wear off in time but it really needs to be aired out. The light behind the bed is very nice, but I had to struggle to find the switch that turned it off. I would have much prefered a night light in the bathroom that was soft but still identified the room at night.

I think the pet stay cost is excessive. We stated many hotels on our way from Southern California to the East Coast and not one was $75. Now I can see if there’s damage after the fact and charge an extra charge but not just to have your dog lay on the floor. I also thought that was odd that there was no water bottles or any water provided for this level of Hotel.

The guy who checked me in May 14th around 6:00pm was a sweetheart & made checking in my room the smoothest and easiest process that I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to him for making our last minute reservations worth coming & I hope to maybe be around in the area again. Overall the room was comfortable visual wise.

The bathroom was a little dirty on the back door & the room door was crooked it had some odd gaps. And the mattress I slept on was way too firm and I could feel the bed springs in my back. Didn’t sleep much.

It had nice accomodations, was very clean. The staff were great, very friendly.. we would stay again.

The only complaint I have would be about breakfast. They had toast, biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard and dry. They had waffles but no butter.. donut holes but no juice or milk. There was a few pieces of fruit. But no bacon!

The location was great. The facility was being remodeled which hurt the presentation a little. Staff was outstanding.

No toilet paper in the room. Then I was told that the procedures for remodeling made no provision for a toilet paper holder. Excuse me? I was graciously given some toilet paper, but that is a great oddity.

I like the way the beds let me sleep so well when I stay here.

There could be a few more tables available at breakfast. Some mornings a table is available. Some mornings all three tables are taken.

Nice size room w queen beds. A/C was nice and comfortable.

Few things under construction but signs apologizing for inconvenience. Nothing that caused us any issues, but noticed drier was broken in laundry area and few vending machines were not working.

Friendly and helpful staff. A member of the staff made a reccomendation for a near by steakhouse that was wonderful. There are nearby food locations to the motel.

There was no soap or shampoo in my room. But, a staff member gave me some of her own to get me by.

Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The A/C and heat worked well.

The microwave turntable didn't spin. Not all of the lights in the room worked.

I think the set up you have is good.

my daughter thought the bed was not comfortable and did not get much sleep. I on the other hand was satisfied and fell to sleep quickly.
