Happy that the place was close because my wheel almost came off and the rate was more than fair. No bugs or people hanging outside at all hours, very quiet and I felt safe as a lone traveler. I don't think they have WiFi in the rooms but the managers let me use theirs!

I thought at first the room smelled like pee, soon realized that the whole area has the smell, I don't know what crops they harvest there but maybe that could be the smell lol, nothing a little air freshener can't remedy

The staff was outstanding, the only reason I keep going back.

Sometimes the noise was too loud. Other people that rent a rooms I guess forget that there are other people staying in the hotel and don't corral their kids.

Not for the faint of heart! $40 worth of motel for sure. If you're looking for a Lynchian experience, this is the place!

Tbh, I did put my car trunk picnic blanket on top of the bed and just slept on that.

Very close on and off with the highway stores and fast food close by absolutely perfect spot if you're traveling.

Beds were comfortable, ample parking, quiet. Exceptionally kind, caring folks and we felt welcome. All my expectations based on previous reviews were met and no ugly surprises. I really hope this enterprise takes off , I would reccomend it for those whose needs are simple at an excellent price. I would stay here again if only to see how its coming along.

The value for the price for the room. Room was clean bed comfortable. You can tell this is a older style motel able to park in front of your room. They allow pets which is a plus. If your on a budget good place to stay. This is the second time there and will stay again on our travels.

Could use a security lock on the doors. And update the A/C units.
