I LOVED that they had three beds in one room; this was SUPER convenient for our family of 6. I also appreciated having a full-sized fridge and freezer and stove so we could make our own food as needed.

A pool would have been fun for the kids. We were missed by housekeeping one morning, even though we had our door hanger on requesting maintenance. Also, when we began our stay, the hard floors in the kitchen area and bathroom had a slippery/sticky residue, so I had to scrub the floor with a wet towel and then a dry one. There was a considerable amount of dirt that came up onto the towels. But after that, the floor no longer had the residue.

Almost half the room was tile and it was so slick we almost fell several times. They either did rinse the floors properly or need to change what they use to clean the tile. If my elderly mom would have been there she would have definitely fallen. And staff was already aware of the problem. They blamed me running the ac, said it’s prob condensation from the ac. Well it was 103° of course I ran it. But it was slick when we first walked in and it wasn’t running when we got there.

We visit our daughter, son in law and grandchildren approximately every 2-3 months. They lead very busy lives as officers in the USAF, Vance AFB. We’ve stopped staying with them after our first visit. I call it peace of mind. We love to cook our own meals, so having a Kitchen is a real bonus. Clean, comfortable, a pretty well stocked kitchen, bigger than normal refrigerator, oven, stovetop and dishwasher……. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. This was our 4th visit and won’t be our last until they head to another AFB. Thank you Home Away for a pleasant stay and visit.

Always clean-Always friendly, helpful staff -Feels safe

The beds are not very comfortable. Too hard. I like mattress firm but not like sleeping on the floor. No place to hang towels-so far each room we have had the one towel hook on the back of the door is loose-Why not put a multiple hanging rack that can be secured firmly. There is no ventilation fan in the bathrooms.

Home Away Suites in Enid, Oklahoma was the best deal or “bang for our buck” (before taxes) LoL. Overall our room was clean, comfortable and close to shopping. We also enjoyed having a kitchen. We will most likely be back as to this Home Away Suites, Enid as it is a “safe haven” for us when we visit our daughter, son-in-law, and toddler grandchildren.

Our only disappointment was that the kitchen was missing some silverware and a dish, etc. Also, some of the staff was a “little” lazy and ill informed. Outside of those two things, it was a very good stay.

Customer service was excellent. I used Booking.com and asked for an early checkout. I received a phone call to let me know they could do it.

No breakfast option but not really a big deal. The beds were not that comfortable. Also checkout is at 11am is a little early for me but that's a fairly standard time.

no pots or pans to use, not enough silverware, no knives, kitchen not fully stocked. Requested in the morning for housekeeping to change towels, provide tissues, take garbage. was told by front desk to put garbage in hall and they would go in and give new liners. got back and nothing was done except trash from hall. Front desk person was kind enough to help get supplies even though she had new guests coming in

Wide open lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was super friendly, easy check-in. Our room was great! Big comfy bed, smelled fresh and clean. And a super value. We will stay there again next time we are in town. Had plenty of coffee in the morning. Just a really nice clean place with friendly staff.

Location was great in connection with all available areas we needed to get to.

Bathtub was slippery, my son Almost fell getting in, no handles, our toilet was not completely bolted down, vents would be great to have in the bathroom. Pillows were very small, needed to be longer.

I stay often and like the kitchen set up.

The doors leading into the hotel should be locked by a certain time every night. I often walked in past midnight without using my room key and then noticed no one was actually sitting at the front desk.
