The breakfast was okay, nothing special.

I had trouble using the internet, I could not get a connection. I stopped at the front desk and asked about it but did not get a solution. I kept getting a message that there was not an internet connection. I finally saw, the morning I checked out, that there was a password written on the small envelope that contained my room card. At check out, the lady knew about the password. It would have been nice if the other desk clerk had known about the password and told me to look at the room card envelope for the password.

Most importantly, we could keep our puppies with us. Harley, the girl that checked us in was warm and friendly. Also, very helpful. The room cleaner was very sweet and helpful; although she couldn’t speak or understand English.

The girl that checked us out, said her name was Mercedes, was very unfriendly. She was very unkind and definitely has a bad attitude. She needs an attitude adjustment. She definitely is not a people person. She is in the wrong line of business.

It was conveniently located and staff was very willing to help with any questions and concerns. The room has a walk-in shower, which is great.

The door latch on room 306 needs to be re-installed. One has to lift the handle instead of press it to open the door. The hotel is located alongside I-44 where there is an incline in the road so the trucks can at times be a bit noisy, audible in the room.

It was a clean room, liked that there was no carpet

The hall carpet and especially the elevator carpet smelled like dog. I don't know why hotels allow dogs, or, why if they have dogs there aren't just 4 rooms at the end of the hall dedicated to dogs, and guests need to just use the side door. A hotel smelling like a dog is not good. I've had dogs all my life and love dogs, but I don't want the nastiness of unknown dogs in the space of the elevator nor the room I'm staying in.

The staff was very helpful and so sweet and they’d just made you feel liked your at home away from home but very clean and the location was great and very relaxing to get away from home and meet new people that I made friends with!!!

The staff is amazing . Very friendly people. Staff was very helpful. I left my purse behind and they went above and beyond to help me get it back . Communication was excellent. Will definitely stay there again if in the area .

Nothing . Really enjoyed our stay .

Nice room and shower, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was great. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom room sink drain was clogged and drained super slow and was a little gross, but I could live with that for one night .

The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We were on 2nd floor by the stairs. Kids and teens kept running up and down the stairs from 3rd to 2nd and slamming doors from 10 pm to about 2 am.

Very friendly staff that did all they could to help me. Tyren (the girl who checked us in) was a real sweetheart. Laughed easy and made me and my wife very comfortable. (I also guessed at the spelling of her name).

I can think of nothing.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay

The time for breakfast could be at least 30 minutes earlier on the weekend days. The eggs and sausage links were cold and I was the first one to enter to get breakfast. The indoor pool was great however the pool water was very cold which made using the pool very uncomfortable.
