Great breakfast quiet and comfortable. On my past visits, the front desk staff were rude. During this recent stay, I was met with smiling faces. A huge shout-out to Zoe and Landon 6 the front desk for being friendly accommodating and for always greeting me with a smile. Housekeeping and breakfast staff have always been top tier during every stay!!

I recommend stronger coffee. I need coffee that will put hair on your chest. 😆 O e of the beds squeaked a lot!!

Balance, hotel expectations. Guyman Oklahoma is a very small town on US-54. Not a tremendous amount of options nor upscale hotels along the route. This hotel allowed pets (for a reasonable fee of $30). Check-in was convenient and quick, and the room was appropriately situated. Bathroom shower was dated and dirty but the rest of the room was nice. Breakfast in the morning was good, though the coffee appeared to have been prepared quite some time in advance, as it was lukewarm.

Again, cleaner, updated bathroom and HOT coffee would have been terrific.

The hotel was clean inside and outside. The room was bright, and the beds were comfortable. A large selection of items for breakfast.

On entering the room, we immediately noticed a broken lamp shade between the beds. Later, when we turned on the TV, we discovered the remote was not synced. It had the default on, off, and volume. Nothing else on the remote worked. These negative items did not take away from a pleasant stay at a nice hotel, but the little details are the difference from a better rating.

Room was spacious. Beds, comfortable. They provided soft AND firm pillows which is nice. Clean. Friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Loved the dove bathroom products. Shower was excellent, nice space. Overall great for the price. Lights were bright enough to guide the space station in an emergency if needed.

The pool and spa were out of order due to a part needing to be ordered and delivered. That isnt the fault of the hotel but it was the main reason i booked it was to have a swim after a long drive. That is the only reason i cant get it a 10. Everything else was perfect

Everything during the stay was good. Building seemed well maintained, clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was fresh and had good options.

Don't know if its company or site policy but I have always been able to pay cash for my reservation. They wanted to keep $200 extra cash to pay cash. I have had them hold card information but never expected to hand over additional cash for them to hold on to.

Check-in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean & all the staff was friendly. Breakfast was very decent for a hotel breakfast and everything was well stocked.

They started cleaning up breakfast before the posted time & I'm a late riser, so I was a little disappointed to find the warm food was all gone except some sausage. They had pulled the eggs, the biscuits & gravy so I was only left with muffins or cereal. I did get up earlier the next day & found all I had missed out on & it was excellent.

Super clean, convenient location, comfortable bed, good price, great choice of breakfast items. We’ve been traveling across the U.S. for nearly 3 weeks, and this hotel in the panhandle of Oklahoma was a wonderful stopping place! Ultimately I based our drive to Guymon that day on the Booking,com reviews of other hotels and other towns along our route. So glad I decided to stop at this hotel in this town!!

TV didn’t work, but that is never critical for us. In fact, I totally forgot to report it to the desk at check out!

Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable and no noise from hallway. Very pleasant experience on 3rd floor. Surrounding area was good area.

A party was being held in the conference room on the night of our stay. VERY loud music and voices in lobby and 1st floor. The music was so loud I could barely hear a conversion with my spouse while in the lobby area. This was the only issue at this property. The party noise was not heard inside our room.

Convenient to highway

Pool was closed…noisy neighbors had tv up full blast, had to call front desk, still were noisy. They put us in a room without key…had to get staff every time we left to let us in, charged us $106 , should have reimbursed us for the mess up of not having the room I reserved, Why?

Very quiet and comfortable. When you close the shades the room is real dark which is perfect if you want to take a nap. Bed was soo comfy.

Had a hard time getting the blinds down. When I did I could not pull it back open.
