Shout out to Amanda, who helped us check in! Overly tired Travelers, I had seen the town coming up and was looking for a room, to sleep 6, one night only. They had a room, and I booked it for the wrong night. She fixed my mistake and got us into a room that fit all of us! Thanks a million! ~MN Family

It was in a good location.

The breakfast was cold. Need to change the breakfast every day. Something different. The beds was to small for big people.

Delicious and a good variety of items to choose from

Cleanliness of the room. Our a/c leaked so the carpet was wet on the floor in front of it. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned (the pkt of previously used grounds were still in it), and something liquid had been spilled in the night stand drawer.

The breakfest was good as expected

the toilet would have to giggle it to turn off the water. they couldn't give me my bill when I checked out.

Clean, well appointed, very friendly staff

The pool wasn’t open. Hot day, family with 3 silly children. They wanted to swim. If a pool isn’t available please let travelers know.

The room was extremely comfortable, clean, top of the line..breakfast had plenty of choices.

Wouldn't change anything..however. I think the swimming pool was down...needs to be fixed..loses a little class with broken down pool

Clean, quiet, friendly accommodating staff. Helped with anything we needed. We were there for a school reunion. Already booked for next year’s reunion. It was easy to get in and out of the property.

while the outside could use some TLC the inside and the rooms were nice. the bed was comfortable. the king suite was roomy.

The fact that you had to cross the highway to get to any of the restaurants.

This was a weekend get away for my sister and I. We had a blast we went to the casino and caught a great movie. McAlester is a half way point between our homes. We will hopefully be visiting again soon. 😀

Toilet paper was very low quality. The sink faucet needed some repair it was lose and water pressure was low only in the sink. We were supposed to have a coffee maker and didn't, glad we brought our own.
