Our stay at this location was unexpected in such a nice way. I called my sister who lives in Stillwater to ask for hotel recommendations. At the same time, my wife was looking online, wondering what side of town to stay away from. We ended up deciding on this location, due to its proximity to my sister's house, price, and general reputation of Holiday Inn. I normally have issues checking-in, due to my visual impairment; however, I was greeted by a genuinely helpful member of the staff. He wasn't falling over himself to be helpful, and also, not uncomfortable or unhelpful. At first glance, he reminded me of someone who would be working in the trades. From a customer service perspective, he was such a good fit; competent in all areas. The hotel was very nice. It was clean and well-kept. The hallway to our room and the room smelled clean, but not just made to smell that way for appearances. Everything in the room was in good working order and well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable and the door lock worked the first time, as it should. My wife was very impressed by the breakfast and the staff down there. They made her an omelet and I had biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage, which did not disappoint. Definitely worthy of a tip to the friendly staff and worth my time to leave a nice note here. We had our dogs in-tow with us, and they weren't forgotten. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to them. The areas outside were grassy, with waste bags and trash cans to keep the areas tidy and clean. We will absolutely be staying here whenever we're in Stilly!

Honestly, everything was great! For the price I wasn’t expecting it to be so perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, updated, plenty of natural light. The staff was the friendliest I have come across in a very long time. The breakfast was also very impressive. We will be back!!

The accommodations were excellent.

I asked the staff to change the card on file for the payment upon check in and she had us swipe a new card over 5 times, told us it was handled, but actually never changed the card. The incorrect card was used for the stay when it was all said and done. Staff didn't seem to know how to work the point of sale system to make updates.

There was a great selection of food available for breakfast. The staff was very nice as well. The check in and check out process is easy too.

The reservation was hard to find because it wasn't under my name. There were several families who booked through a third party and it was a mess trying to figure out who had a room and who didn't. I'm glad they found us a room however for big events, its better to speak with the hotel directly.

I had made a reservation for a 2 queen bedroom but when we got there we the give us a king bed room. When I ask the front desk he was kind of rude and told us they were booked and that was the only room they have. We stayed because it was late and we were tired from our trip. But front desk was not friendly at all.

Comfy beds, excellent pillows. Clean. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Need a sewing kit or little bathroom supplies available in the room. More towels to start. Would love a magnified mirror with lights in the bathroom.

The check-in process was super fast and easy. The staff was friendly. I believe the hotel was fully booked but it was nice, clean and quiet.

Need better air conditioning for the front room in the suites. Gets too cold in the king bedroom & too hot in the front room.

15 bucks for the breakfast buffet. For the price of the rooms, that should’ve been a free continental breakfast.

Staff was amazing, it was clean and adequately represented on-line.

We were supposed to have breakfast included but it was under renovations (which was not disruptive, noisy or an inconvenience). They had several choices of frozen things but was not what we anticipated.
