The accommodations were excellent.

I asked the staff to change the card on file for the payment upon check in and she had us swipe a new card over 5 times, told us it was handled, but actually never changed the card. The incorrect card was used for the stay when it was all said and done. Staff didn't seem to know how to work the point of sale system to make updates.

There was a great selection of food available for breakfast. The staff was very nice as well. The check in and check out process is easy too.

The reservation was hard to find because it wasn't under my name. There were several families who booked through a third party and it was a mess trying to figure out who had a room and who didn't. I'm glad they found us a room however for big events, its better to speak with the hotel directly.

I had made a reservation for a 2 queen bedroom but when we got there we the give us a king bed room. When I ask the front desk he was kind of rude and told us they were booked and that was the only room they have. We stayed because it was late and we were tired from our trip. But front desk was not friendly at all.

Love the split rooms & the shower water pressure is amazing!

Need better air conditioning for the front room in the suites. Gets too cold in the king bedroom & too hot in the front room.

Staff was amazing, it was clean and adequately represented on-line.

We were supposed to have breakfast included but it was under renovations (which was not disruptive, noisy or an inconvenience). They had several choices of frozen things but was not what we anticipated.

Facilities were very clean and updated

15 bucks for the breakfast buffet. For the price of the rooms, that should’ve been a free continental breakfast.

Staff very friendly...and helpful. Room big and clean. Beds and pillows excellent. Was quiet. Parking was very accessible.

We paid extra for the breakfast and there was very disappointing..., the rolls and muffins were so hard and dry...they were inedible. No coffee, apparently was told by one of the housekeepers that there was no cook so no breakfast either day. There was some yogurt and cereal but no silverware.

desk staff was very nice and friendly. Very accommodating to us having a dog. Made us very comfortable and welcome. Breakfast was made fresh as we ordered it.

Exceptional young lady at desk in the evening. Very helpful and considerate of our needs.

Rooms were not really serviced during the stay. Only towels, not cleaned.

The shower had excellent hot water and water pressure. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Good air-conditioning and lots of space in the room.

There was a musty smell in our room. The eggs served at breakfast were not edible. The rest of the food was good though. Could use better lighting in the bathroom.
