We booked about 12 rooms for my son’s recent wedding. The staff was phenomenal. They bent over backwards to make sure all of our needs were meant from putting together gift bags to handing them out to the guest when they arrived. The breakfast was very good and actually better than what I expected

Breakfast was fine - standard hotel hot buffet but was convenient and fresh!

I needed to use a different card to pay than the reservation card. Presented the new card on check in, but was charged on original card (that I did not want charged). Took many phone calls to get straightened out, but eventually was. Staff was courteous and helpful, just frustrating that it wasn't done correctly at first and took multiple tries.

Breakfast was great ! All the reviews said it was good and it did not disappoint. Denise at checkout was very nice. Bed was comfortable

The checkin area was a little dated. The bottom floor hallway had no carpeting . Not sure if it was being remodeled or what was going on

Great location for the contact points of our team, complex, businesses restaurants and shopping. Newly updated and very clean and comfortable. Nice weight/workout area. Pool nice and clean. Breakfast very good.

Brandy at the front desk was wonderful! Took such good care of us. She was great the last trip as well. That is why we came back again.

The breakfast was bad. The AC in halls was not working. Very hot. Rooms were cool, okay.

Everything was great. The breakfast was busy one morning you guys did a great job on keeping and did your best thank you. The chairs in the rooms aren't very comfortable just an FYI

Great spacious room, comfy clean beds, super close to movies, skate park, water park and local shopping establishments. We decided to stay a second night and that was an easy addition.

They didn't have a waffle maker. My kids and I love Best Western for the free hot breakfast and they only had eggs, bacon and biscuits hot. Most places will at least have a sausage option AAAANNNDD the awesome waffle maker. She said it's broken...so, I'm wondering if that is permanent. Other than that....fresh, free cookies for everyone. ☺️

Nicest hotel in Cushing. Friendly staff that makes sure you always have what you need. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds! Plenty of parking. Would for sure stay here again!

Every day we were there seemed to be running low on towels. I understand like one day we were there running low, but everyday? We ended up using pool towels most of the time. Not bad pool towels, but not near as comfortable as the regular towels. I did appreciate the staff helping us with the pool towels though. Even though there was an issue they still found a solution and we appreciate that.
