The comfortable bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and shower.

I previously stayed at Springhill Suites in Stillwater and recommended the breakfast. This time around my family accompanied me and breakfast Sunday morning was a disaster in my opinion. No coffee at breakfast ("sorry, make coffee in your room"). Lukewarm, prepacked breakfast sandwiches (e.g untoasted English muffin egg and Swiss sandwich - had to disassemble and toast it) and prepacked waffles. No Eggs, bacon, or fresh breakfast items. Like day and night in comparison (a long cold dark night!).

GREAT customer service. We were there four nights. Saturday and Sunday my guess the hotel was full, I think there was a baseball tourny (younger kids). I noticed the staff worked together to accommodate not only the tourney but all other guests. Staff had their hands full and did a great job working together to make all guests comfortable.

We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It's starting to show its age. Maybe an update? But, with that said what keeps us coming back, especially this time, was the customer service and how clean this hotel is.

Location is a bit far out of town but overall private. Breakfast was good, it felt nice being able to subscribe to my Netflix there as well.

Sink drainage was not the best. I found hair and crumbs that were not mine on the extra bed sheets and blankets. I may be a bit sensitive too smell but the smell of our room when we walked in, it did not smell so great.

Excellent breakfast! Lots of choices and very comfortable seating area to eat. Such friendly staff! Pool was small, but very clean and refreshing after a hot day. Such a comfortable bed!

Breakfast could be extended to 9:30 —for those of us on vacation who would like to sleep in a bit🙂

Room was very comfortable. The sofa/trundle was perfect for daughter for one night stay with us. Setup of room was very convenient and roomy.

One more mirror in the room would have been nice for getting ready/makeup. Sliding bathroom door allowed a lot of light into rest of room during the night.

The suite was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, kitchen area was nice, bathroom was amazing and everything was very clean! The breakfast biscuit w sausage was a great touch, for on the go. They offer cereal, oatmeal with all toppings, fresh fruit, juice and coffee,muffins and breads, packaged waffles and biscuits w sausage and turkey sausage biscuits.

The ac didn't get very cold. We turned it on once we got there and it actually rose 2 degrees. We called the front desk to see if they had a fan unfortunately they did not. I would suggest having one for back up. I would also suggest having drinks in the evening and maybe cookies or popcorn, for those traveling in late.

The window unit made room damp. Made us all sick. Fine..then slept there now sick. How often do y'all clean those units? Other wise nice but the window units probably need regular maintenance.

Staff was excellent. They all seemed to genuinely care about customers and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hotel was also very clean and felt new.

The pool was freezing cold. Would have liked a little heat! Also there were frozen breakfast sandwiches but no instruction on how to heat them.

Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was comfortable. Room was a very good size. Plenty of room to walk around the beds.

Desk top lamp had no light bulb in it. A lot of light comes in from around door edges at night from the hall. Glass panel around desk rattled a lot from vibrations of walking by it.
