Was pretty good it could use individualized breakfast drinks a little easier way to make it back to your room without spilling your breakfast drink all in all really good

The indoor pool was not in operation and they used a text messaging system if you had anything you needed or questions you could ask I asked about the pool they said pool would be operational both days that I asked about it was not

You can tell this used to be a ritzy place, beautiful building, rooms were quite nice. Our room had a sliding patio door that opened up to the pool area. It did make it kinda humid in the room but the air conditioner was heaven! Staff were very nice when I spoke with them and I enjoyed the breakfast provided. I got the room as a last minute “late escape “ due to needing to stay in Stillwater to be with my grandma in the hospital. She was and is actively passing. The hotel took a lot of stress off of me financially and provided a safe, clean place to recoup. It’s located in an area with plenty of food options as well as near a Walmart for incidentals since this was an unplanned stay. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe even be able to enjoy the indoor hot tub and pool. It is an older building, but I feel pretty well kept for its age.

I was uncomfortable walking to my car a couple times, some guys were hanging out in the parking lot smoking what smelled like marijuana. I saw a couple other people the last night smoking the same, and I believe at least one of them worked there. Marijuana is legal here medicinally, but I don’t want to have to walk by people smoking it outside. Maybe the hotel should allot a space for smoking instead of outside the side door. Also, the side door does not lock and anyone can walk into the building without being seen. Definitely worrisome.

The rooms and hotel itself was very clean.

We went to have breakfast at 8:45 and all that was there were waffle mix, a little gravy and a few biscuits. We asked if anything was going to be brought out and were told no meat because they ran out. And nothing else was said. There were 2 empty bins that probably had eggs and potatoes, but they were not replenished. There also was not any juice of any kind. Only water and coffee. Other guests were wandering around holding empty plates expecting more also.

The pool was closed and the hot tub was cemented in. I called a head of time to ask if they were open and usable I was told yes. That was in fact not true. My granddaughter was extremely upset as was I. This information also needs to be updated on this app.

Everything but one thing!!

Its really sad that u have someone stay for almost à month and prices change because of an event! When u have a Loyal customer or stayer, their price shouldnt change! Ive been happy with service and every stay ive had, but u lost q Loyal stayer!! I will take my almost $2000 stay where loyalty is #1

Location, spacious lounge, breakfast, it was quiet and easy to control temperature in room

On check-in we found an old, stiff pair of men’s underwear on the floor!! We didn’t report it, just threw it in the trash. Ran out of breakfast things early some days.

The staff were AWESOME! Location to OSU is a perk. They motel has some wear but the rooms are clean. We will definitely book rooms again for the group. Breakfast was hot, and staff kept it stocked.

They pool was not open. With 20 kids in our group, that was a big disappointment.

Everything was good they didn't have any meat (bacon or sausage) for their breakfast do to not getting it from suppliers but this couldn't be helped .

More ice ,the peaple filled coolers so no 8ce for rooms.

ADA Room excellent. People very mind and helpful.. Bed comfortable . They me know where to park for predicted storm to avoid damage to my car.

Breakfast bar way to limited. No real syrup only sugar free. . Only 2 containers of yogurt. Eggs were under cooked.

Nice rooms, some facing inside but on our request we moved to one facing outside. Great breakfast with hot keto friendly options, nice scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy.

Poor Wi-Fi connection and cell coverage was not good there either so hard some challenges.
