The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are such a great size. But by far, the best part of this hotel is the staff. From check in to check out, the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We came on a weekend with terrible weather and had to modify our plans. Not only did they help us cancel one of our nights, the front desk receptionist, Dozie, spoke so kindly and compassionately to everyone she encountered as she was simultaneously helping us. I honestly don’t know if I have ever seen such great staff handle themselves so professionally in such a stressful situation. We will be back to Stillwater and will absolutely stay here.

Separate charge for parking and drinking water Breakfast spread monotonous. Also, some items get over early. Ac control is limited to hot, cold, and off. Face tissue(Napkins) absent in the bedroom.

Breakfast was great and convenient. All the facilities were nice. Staff was wonderful.

We had some horrible things happen on our trip but they did not involve the hotel. In fact, the hotel was a great to come back to and grieve and try to recover and move forward.

I thought I had reserved a queen bed. Pretty sure we had a standard size. The mattress needs replacing. Ok for 1 person but not for 2. I slept on the small sofa.

Just nice overall. Great people and environment. Saw lots of families there. Will definitely come back.

Toilet seat was broken. Bed was okay. Never got completely comfortable but eventually fell asleep. Really, it was extremely nice despite these two things. It deserves the high rating I gave it.

My fiance and I came to town to visit family. When we checked into Home2 suites, the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time for my little dog to stay at a hotel, and the staff was amazing with her.

The location is good .you can have access to main campus of OSU in less than 5 min. The breakfast is good.

The receptionist (the morning fellow) did not behave well. She was very impatient and did not answer the questions properly. Because of this issue, I will not choose this hotel for the second time.

Restroom by pool was out of order which was a pain with multiple kids. Everyone would have to leave the pool and go to room when they needed to use restroom.

To clean the room, you need to request that a day before and to be specific what exactly you want!!!!

I've stayed here many times with my husband and pet. Same staff and cleaning staff and all of them are the nicest people on earth. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Stillwater.
