The hotel seemed very well maintained or recently updated in the rooms; they were comfortable, and the staff was responsive and helpful. I will be staying again when in town.

The pool area indicated some maintenance was needed. This is not the fault of the daily staff; rebar rusts when the concrete is permeable and causes cracks, which only get worse with time. Hot tub jets were not working, but plenty hot, and the pool was clean, though icy cold. The rest of the hotel seemed as if only a few years old, but the pool area made it seem much older.

The room was clean, and Sammie at the front desk was great at check-in. We didn't plan on using the pool, and she i formed us it was down at check-in, so she was very attentive to her job.

Breakfast was lack luster. We got down there at 845, so it was getting late, but most of the food was empty, and there was no coffee available. The eggs were swimming in water and almost out of sausage. Tables were all dirty from other people, and staff in the kitchen wasn't smiling. Make eye contact them they wish they hadn't. Smiles are free, share them!

The staff went out of their way to help and she was so patient with all the things that were going wrong around her. She was new, and there were three reservations that all arrived at the same time and all were "problems" with the payments coming from a third party (booking.com) She was very helpful and was doing her best to get us all checked in quickly. She provided excellent customer service during a very difficult situation. I believe her name was Amber - maybe Ashley.. not sure but she had only been on the job about two weeks

Very quiet...rooms were comfortable water was hot ...air conditioner dold

The breakfast was not refreshed often enough.... one biscuit...hard 2 sausage....little gravy time 8:10.... No one could be found to ask without bothering the desk clerk....so we grabbed orange juice from the cooler and left.

Overall the entire stay was good

Someones dog started barking early in the morning and woke us up. We were on the 3rd floor. I got up and got ready. Went down for coffee and breakfast much earlier than intended. Could still hear the dog on the 1st floor. No one that was working there seemed concerned.

On the outskirts of town, so quiet & not a lot of traffic, yet right next to a new Walmart Supercenter with cheap gas. Great!

I just wish the air conditioner in our room had a constant fan mode to help us sleep better. Everything else was great.

Staff very great at check in. Lots of varity for breakfast. Friends staying at other hotels not happy with their breakfasts

Indoor swimming pool was a big deal when choosing this location, it was not open because resurfacing. I looked on prior reviews but it was not mentioned. It will probably be closed for awhile.

Clean and quiet.

They had me checkin online and yet had to give them my id and credit card. Complete waste of time! And I was in a terrific hurry to change clothes and go to my meeting. Which I was then late!

Everything looked good. Was very happy with the hotel. We will be staying here again when we come back through.

The only problem we had was with the mini fridge but we figured it out and got it working.

I loved the full breakfast options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. There was an office set up in a private room. There was a workout room. Everything they stated was available.

The 1st room's refrigerator didn't work, poor ventilation. They did move us. The water pressure was low. The pool hours doesn't allow early morning water exercises or swimmers to start until 10am. I understand they have guests above them, but they make sound proofing material for that and most morning swimmers are quiet.
