Very nice facility within walking distance of some restaurants.

The morning clerk was very rude. I asked about Hilton Honors and was told there are no points unless I book with them..I asked what rate would be and he said he couldn't tell me. I asked what rate would be if stayed another night and he said it would depend upon availability.. A man approached the desk but stood back waiting for me to finish and this rude desk clerk called him forward, simply ignoring me. I asked if he was going to ignore me. And he did so i left with a bad impression of him and this hotel. One person can ruin a business. If they don't want us to book online, then don't list the hotel on line.

I have been coming to this hotel for a long time. It's the only hotel I will stay at while in Stillwater, OK.

Nothing. Staff is excellent, especially the staff that services the breakfast area.

Everything was clean and in good working order. The shower water pressure was amazing-best hotel shower EVER! There was complimentary coffee in the hall common area that was delicious! The staff was superb!

No complaints at all except that the parking lot is adjacent to walmart parking and people zipped through the parking lot to avoid traffic signals.

Overall the facility was great except for the following about our bed and the staff-person who we spoke to about it.

The bed was hard and it was like sleeping on a rock. we told the man at the front desk and he was dismissive and rude. His attitude was like he didn’t care and that we could always checkout and find somewhere else to stay.

The location was perfect. I was impressed with the bed's comfort and the room's cleanliness. The shower was spacious and functional.

I found everything to be quite nice.

The staff was excellent. Our room was large and spacious and a great value. The breakfast met everyone's needs and wants.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Loved that there was a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave in the room! Our room was very large and spacious.

The hot tub was running! Breakfast was perfect for us and the staff was cheerful!

The reading lights next to bed wouldn’t turn on.

This is our families local getaway. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff along with very clean property.

Keep breakfast open 30 minutes longer. 😋

The hot tub was luke warm and 1/2 full with water. I asked the desk attendant if they could turn up the temperature and fill with water so the jets would work properly. He said the maintenance guy was not working the weekend but he would make some calls. It was not fixed and could not enjoy the hot tub.
