Bed was comfortable, clean, and plenty of plush pillows to have all to my self. In house provided hygiene supplies were decent quality, towels were nice, soft and clean. Staff was pleasant. Both night and morning shift were very kind . Very busy and could probably use one more person for the mornings so they're not running back and forth. (But I don't work here so it's hard to garner efficiency from a guest standpoint) Pre check in was nice so I could just pick up card and go straight to my room. Right off the freeway and easy to get to, next to the gas station made for a nice location and for a tired transient.

Was sad that the tub wasn't deep set, but it's par for the course with most hotels. Maybe I'll try the upgraded room next time. Shower curtain was maybe a little short, or the bar is too high so it's easy to get the curtain over the lip of the tub.

Most importantly, I needed a shoebox-sized freezer space overnight for gel packs--the staff fulfilled my request happily. I specifically needed a handicap accessible room. The facility was appropriate, though an extra wide wheelchair may have had difficult. The breakfast--with hot scrambled eggs--was a pleasant surprise.

The conversion work from a standard room to a handicap room had acceptable quality but poor aesthetics, with bare plaster and unpainted patches.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we needed- always with a smile. Beds were comfortable- and there were pillows with varying degrees of softness WHICH I LOVED! Food was great, with more variety than I expected.

The lock on the inside (not the bolt lock) looked like it had been broken and wasn’t repaired. Some other minor maintenance issues. But there was a custodian making repairs on other minor repairs, so I assume it would be taken care of.

We were traveling home to Missouri....needed that last minute "we're tired" of being in the car room for the night. I checked my atlas for exits that would be coming up for the hour....then checked out accommodation options at those exits. Something about the reviews and location just made this feel like the right place...and it was! The truckstop that is almost completed but wasn't yet, will really make this an added plus cause a person can just walk over for quick snacks or a meal.

For the value, the breakfast, the employees, the location.....we really couldn't find anything to dislike 😊

Bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet, had a hearty breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. The facilities were dated but the location was perfect for a nine hour stop for sleep, shower, and food on a road trip. It’s not a five star hotel but it was more than perfect for what I needed at the price I paid. Also, if you look through reviews the way I do for keywords, NO BEDBUGS.

it was easy to find. The parking was spacious. The room decor was nice. The hard wood floor is a great idea to keep clean because of snow and mud from winter. Excellent choice. The breakfast was very fresh and wonderful. Thank you

At first the fact they had no carpet in room. Then realized it was because of winter snow and mud. Kept the room clean not dirty. Excellent choice.

the breakfast was good, the coffee was very good. We're more of a yogurt and granola type, so some of the offerings did not appeal to us. The room was nice and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Our room was directly across from the ice machine and at times it was quite noisy. The bathroom door had a loud squeak.

The beds were very comfortable! Great location; right off I-84 and a short drive into Baker City: 5 minutes into town, 7 or so minutes to downtown where you can find some nice local restaurants, shops, and good coffee shops. The person at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good—eggs, gravy, toast, cereal, juice, tea. There was a line for the waffle maker and no room to sit so I brought my breakfast to my room. Also, a full basket if fruit filled to the brim with some beautiful and delicious apples.

The breakfast room was a bit small. The hallways are a bit musty and in need of an update. No elevators, so those with mobility issues should stay on the first floor. From inside my room I overheard someone outside leaving their room for breakfast (part of their convo) and telling their parent they had trouble sleeping because they could hear people walking and talking in the hallway and opening and closing their doors. Despite all this, I felt as though whomever manages the place is doing a pretty good job maintaining an older building. Our room looked like they had made some updates and had added some nice touches such as good soap and nice art on the walls. The beds really were very comfortable.

Everything was excellent! Bonus it's right next to a Loves Travel Center! Great nights sleep, descent breakfast, staff that makes customers feel welcomed and appreciated, parking for Our Truck and Cargo Trailer, easy fuel and go...what more could We ask for??

That We only had one night to stay!! Would have like to spend more nights!

I luv that its right off the Freeway but still close enough to all what Baker City has to offer. The staff were so Friendly and accommodating in allowing us an early checkin as we arrived at 230pm.. Our room was spacious and clean...The breakfast was Great and my grandkids Lov the indoor pool!!
