Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and the hotel was clean and well kept. The bed was really comfortable and they put bed covers as well on the bed, which is really important to me. It was right in the middle of the town in a nice area. I felt safe there as a female Solo traveler and I felt as though my car and valuables were as well. I really felt like I got a really good deal and a lot for my money here.

Easy parking outside room. Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Lots of grab bars to get off toilet. Huge TV with lots of channels. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Great staff who were very helpful.

No decaf coffee for the room or at breakfast. The parking lot needs resurfacing badly. It is very uneven and easy to trip and fall.

We asked for a pet-free room since my wife is allergic against pet hairs. We received a very nice and special cleaned room where no pets are allowed. In comparison to other bigger hotel chains we appreciated very much that we received a daily cleaning service. The responsible duty officer was extremely friendly and helpful.

I liked the room and really liked that I could park my car just outside of my room. The room was clean and comfortable. and so was the bathroom. I could have used a list of TV programs that were available on the date I was there; the breakfast was what was expected. If I had wanted more, I would have gone to a Cafe to eat. My only complaint was all of the ice I had to walk on to get to my vehicle to load and unload for my visit. The swimming pool looked wonderful, but I was not there to swim. I liked that they had laundry for people to use too. I have stayed there before and will stay there again. The people who worked there were very nice too. It is just a great place to spend the night. Again I hated the Ice I had to walk in to load and unload my vehicle. It is hard for us old people to walk on ice and carrying our property.

The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The property was conveniently located for our travels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Also it was very quiet.

The front desk person was not friendly, nor welcoming. His English was limited. The coffee provided in the room was like weak tea. We missed the complementary breakfast because it did not open until 7:00 am, too late for travelers wanting to get on the road early.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast went well beyond our expectations, not huge but way more options than we expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking area was a little tight and very dirty. The breakfast area was just the lobby and very small but you could take stuff back to your room.

It mee my needs for a clean place to sleep and work.

The main issue is breakfast was not ready until 7:00 which is normally fine, but I wanted to be out by 5:00 am it would be nice to get a discount for not having breakfast, but that would be difficult for the manager to control.

I enjoyed my three nights at the America's Best Value Inn in Burns. I would rate it 8 out of 10 and would stay there again. Pros: Spacious. Comfortable bed. Three very comfortable pillows. Desk, office chair, table and 3 other chairs. Space around the washbasin. Continental breakfast was better than average: it offered bananas, apples and sometime oranges, plus yogurt and a fruit cup. My room was on the gnd floor and my car was parked outside my door. Convenient. Good value. There was a second door opening into the passageway, offering easy access to breakfast and the pool (which I did not use).

Cons: the man who checked me in was rude. E.g. When he started explaining times of pool, food etc and I asked to borrow a pen, he told me to stop interrupting. Also when discussing my VISA card. Perhaps the least courteous receptionist in many years. His assistant, Evelyn was a sweetheart and helped make up for this.

Breakfast was good quality, good variety and just enough. Area was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and we enjoyed using it. Bathroom in room was shining! Staff were very friendly and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Motel is easy to find and an excellent place to land after exploring the area. Also, thank you for two large garbage cans outside the back entrance (I say "thank you" because so many motels don't have an easy access to additional garbage deposit) - we did not eat out on this trip and had more garbage than the small can in the room would hold - was GREAT to be able to deposit it out there as we left to go explore!

Carpet in the room could have a been a better vacuumed. I had to angle one nightstand out to plug in my phone charger and there was a lot of built up lint, etc around behind nightstands/edge of carpet, but overall, room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets. The room had recently been redone and quite nicely. There was a good pizza place across the street with an exceptional salad bar. The in-room coffee was good.

The breakfast was only minimally adequate, no proteins, not many healthy choices. The parking lot was kind of a mess, but clean.
