The staff was all very friendly. I left my toiletries home, they had complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc for us. My son left his swim vest in the pool area, and the front desk helped us get it back. The next day the gentleman that maintains the area recognized my husband and followed up to make sure we got it back. Room and pool were clean, and the hours for the pool were fantastic. Dove products in the bathroom. Good variety at breakfast both mornings we were there.

Parking was rough when we returned from the wedding we were in town for, but they validate for the public garage so it worked out.

I liked the free breakfast, the pool and spacious two queen beds w/ sofa bed room. I was able to check out later than 11 a.m. at no extra cost. The staff were friendly. Location was perfect. The shower stayed hot.

I didn’t like this hotel doesn’t have a Jacuzzi, some of the tables were dirty in the morning when I came down for breakfast, some of the breakfast foods were flavorless, the information and menus were outdated in the binders in the room.

Marlene at the customer service desk was so nice. She started our stay there off excellant. She even came into the restaurant to say good-bye to us when she got off work. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff we encountered was very nice.

The free breakfast was terrible. Bacon was uncooked and staff said we couldn't cook it any further. I hate rubber like bacon. Pancakes are made from a machine. They are paper thin, not good. Pool had hairs and little bits of white styrafoam like stuff in it. Hotel really needs to work on these issues.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express over 8 times this past year and each visit is more pleasant than the last. I've had to stay over Christmas and Easter and the staff is always "cheery" and wonderful no matter what. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the property as well. The staff has been nothing short of amazing! I can't say enough good things. It makes all the difference when you are traveling on holidays and especially alone.

THE INTERNET WAS TERRIBLE!! Kept throwing me off and had to repeatedly sign in. I had intended to mention at the desk when I left, but forgot. Travel often and never had hotel Wi-Fi this bad. The lobby was freezing, when I mentioned it I was told they keep it cold for the staff who are working hard. I never saw anyone working in the lobby!! They had a space heater running behind the desk for the reception people. No one could eat breakfast comfortably at that temp - had to bring food back to room.

We loved the facility and our room was amazing. The breakfast selection was just right for us.

The only reason we chose to eat at Perkins was because we could see if from the parking lot. Would help if there was a map of the nearby area restaurants (at least the ones within walking distance) posted in the lobby.

Comfortable beds, good location

The parking situation was TERRIBLE!!! Every evening the only choice was overflow parking or a parking garage two blocks away due to a multitude of large work trucks and semi’s taking up spaces (some two at a time) leaving no room for other guests. Hotel seemed completely unconcerned about the situation. Additionally, the entrance was dirty every day due to same workers tracking in dirt. The hotel itself is very nice, however, the parking situation is enough to make us stay elsewhere next time.

The front desk staff was amazing! Along with the housekeepers!

One recommendation I do have is… I needed a new key made tonight because my key was new my phone. I asked the very nice young lady for a new key and she didn’t ask for an ID as she asked me for my room number. I was a manager at a IHG property so I understand how things can happen however pls always have the guest write their room number down along with ID because you never know who’s listening and that can put the guest in danger. Overall this has been an amazing stay. We were in town from Houston TX to vist my mother in the hospital.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were very good also.

Poor amount of parking and the desk clerk although pleasant enough was not helpful when asked about directions. She just said she wasn't from the area, but didn't offer to seek out or ask anyone else to help.

Location and comfort. Complimentary breakfast was really good too.

Toilet could've been cleaner. There was public hair so over the lid of the toilet seat and pee on the rim of the toilet when examining the room after we first got here. Other than that everything else was great.
