Comfort inn in williamsport was great. I needed accommodations for the weekend to visit my son in college, that would accept a dog in the room. The entire premises was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The price was AMAZING!!! I did not get a chance to take advantage of the pool or the gym but they where clean and functional. Ive been to a couple hotels in the area for similar visits and I will book at the comfort in from now on.

The downside was only with the booking app. I guess with my initial order of the room, I only booked for one night by mistake and couldn't edit or add the extra night. I was able to take care of it when I got to the hotel so crisis averted.

We have stayed here several times. This time I had surgery at a nearby hospital. In booking the room a date mistake happened. I thought now I'm going to have to pay twice. The lady at the desk said no problem and fixed it at no extra cost. She also said would it be easier to have a first floor room. She could not have been more helpful. We will always use the hotel when in the area. Hats off to all. Thank you for such great service.

I love that we had the option to travel with our pet to this hotel. There were a lot of restaurants, shopping and grocery to choose from within walking distance. The staff at check in went above and were beyond friendly 😊

The property was under construction and, as with any public area, was congested with people. Some who were not staying at the hotel insisted on hanging outside in the common area.

It’s near my hometown. It’s an excellent company. The person at the desk. Chris Boyles was absolutely over the top and he is a great asset to your company.

When I wet one of the wash cloths , a lot of cut black hair came out of it, like someone had used it after shaving

As soon as arrives staff was welcoming and all understanding of situation. Always asking if everything was good when saw them in hall. BreAkfast was always a little different. Was a change. Beds were perfect ! So important!

Beds are extremely comfortable an room was very clean. Staff was will to accommodate us an were very pleasant.

People in room next to us were very loud. Also alot of kids running down hallways being very disrespectful an load. Didn't get much sleep. Refrigerator was on lowest setting an froze everything in it.

The pool was fun for yhe kids and the room was comfortable. The price was attractive.

The breakfast was good but all the trash cans were overflowing. The juice dispenser was watered down and there were ants on the counter. Behind the bathroom door there was a buildup of dirt that should be more clean. The refrigerator unit had a decent crack in it. When booking for a family of 5, it is frustrating to only have 2 towels and washclothes stocked.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My son loved swimming in the pool and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved making waffles in the morning and it was close to everything we wanted to do. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room met our wheelchair accessible needs. The breakfast was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately, someone attempted to enter the camper shell on our pickup. They damaged the paint. They did not gain entry. I saw this problem after leaving the hotel. I do not blame the hotel. The truck was parked right by the front door. I think the area is not as safe at night as in the day.

They really jack the prices up during the LLWS, and I'm not sure it's worth what they charge, but you can't beat the location. There was not enough seating for breakfast. We ended up on the couches by the front desk with plates on our laps.
