Super friendly, warm staff! I want to thank the staff for helping my sister and nephew in such a dire situation!! They have such big hearts and it was such a kind gesture! We appreciate it! Room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy, check in was easy, breakfast had a lot of options.

Food quality of breakfast could have been better but I guess you get what you pay for. I wish they wouldn't use disposable everything since it's so bad for the environment. Location is lacking and name is deceiving...I thought I booked a hotel in Lewisburg because it was in the name and then realized upon arriving that it's actually 2 exits past Lewisburg.

Chelsea made breakfast every day and it was delicious! The pool was warm, the workout area was nice and clean. 95% of the staff were extremely nice.

Our room sink was cracked, the toilet moved, the desk light didn't work the carpet in front of the heater/air conditioner was wet. The bathroom door at the bottom was terrible it looked like some took a scraper to it.

The location was close to Bucknell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a minifridge. We could bring our small dog. The heated pool looked beautiful. The hotel was quiet. Checkin was easy. Free parking.

The bathroom was small. Would have appreciated better pricing.

Surprisingly, the shower was not great. I usually pick Holiday Inn Express for their quality showers. This particular property was the exception (it wasn't bad, just not great).

Friendly and helpful staff. It was not noisy like the other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at other places.

The breakfast room was quite small so it was very crowded.

Everything was good. I was looking forward to a waffle breakfast, but it wasn't available. Everything was substantial though. Bed was made well. Restroom was clean.

There was a wet carpet/floor smell when I woke up. It was raining and I stayed on the first floor. I think the smell from the wet carpet from the hallway just seeped into the room.

Jacob checked us in and was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for a better, nicer, or more expedient staffer.

Nothing needed improvement. The entire experience was beyond our expectations.
