Staff from top to bottom was awesome--welcoming, courteous, and professional even when faced with challenges like large groups and limited resources. Housekeeping and the breakfast crew were outstanding. Room was great, and we loved the thoughtful way the desk, which looked like a built-in, had wheels so it could double as a table elsewhere when needed (dining, etc). The hotel location was beautiful and convenient to lots of local parks and things to do, and the property itself is being extremely well-maintained by staff and vendors (to the best of their ability).

There were areas of the hotel that could use some serious attention. None of the vending machines were functional and the spa/hot tub was down during our entire stay. Guests repeatedly mistook some large planters for ash-trays resulting in more than one small fire, thankfully put out quickly and safely by staff. Pool area could definitely use a refresh. The staff here has a commendable sense of pride about the property, so with some minor attention and updating, this hotel could be even more of a gem.

We felt very welcome at this locatiom. The staff was so helpful when we needed to use the printer or had other questions. They were conversational and friendly to all of the guests. It was a busy weekend but we didn't feel rushed or overcrowded. The breakfast attendee was on top of her game, keeping up with the flow of the guests and the food was good.

It was beyond the control of the hotel as they awaited a/c repair in the lobby but they did their best with fans and making sure everyone was comfortable. The pool was clean and cool so that was awesome.

Really clean, safe room. It was quiet. The staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice If you are in the area, that would be the best choice for hotels!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Breakfast-while there were lots of options, the quality of them were not good. Waffle makers old and had to pry the waffle out with fork and tongs. Bacon was bland, and you could see through it.

The breakfast was great, a lot to choose from! My picky daughter was able to eat a good breakfast to stay the day and my other daughter loved being able to make her own waffles. Also the pool was a deal breaker, had to have a pool for my girls. They went in several times during our two day stay.

There was only one complaint I had. There was one staff member who was not friendly at all but all of the others were extremely nice and talked me through certain things.

The breakfast was superb every morning.

the hot tub was down all week... I was bummed out when i saw it was down.

The room was great, the king sized bed was great we enjoyed the pool

The entrance to facility is kind of hidden and tricky getting on/off the highway. The room is very dark.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were large. The breakfast was really good! Many options and everything was fresh!
