The room was as pictured, very spacious and has everything we needed. Parking and breakfast was complementary so that was nice to have. Parking was next to the hotel, you would need to walk out and make use of the garage next door, not that troubling. Breakfast was simple, had the basics. It's close to the shops and a short drive to restaurants.

The noise from the streets were loud, so it would be a lot worse over the weekends. They don't have luggage trolleys to use to load on/ off. The carpet in the room did smell old and needs some cleaning.

The property was very well designed and the room was very stylish. There were well thought little details. All was new or well maintained. The location was a walking distance (1-2 mins) to Wegmans grocery that has all the food, pharmacy products and liquor you might need. The hot tube and the swimming pool were great. The gym was great. Breakfast had a variety of high quality food. Would love to come again!

The staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

Parking for old folks & handicapped people isn't very easy.

I wish there was an option for scrambled eggs. We don’t eat pork and all of the egg options had pork on them. Or they were egg whites with veggies which my husband doesn’t eat lol. We did enjoy the hot tub and pool area.

We didn’t know the hotel was being remodeled. It would have been to know ahead of time, however, other than the smell of paint and no carpet at the elevators on our floor, it wasn’t an inconvenience. The shower setup was strange to us, half of a glass door with no way to keep the water off of the floor. Is that normal?

I dont like the new furniture. Not looking for modern hard furniture. Would rather it be practical and comfortable. I miss the old comfortable cushions and couch. Lobby is no longer a comfortable relaxing area - was a little disappointed to experience the hard chairs. They also sat you in am unnatural seated position

Well placed, with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by - we went to Stonehouse Pizza, which was very nice. Reasonably priced, good size room, comfy bed - a useful one night stopover on the drive from Niagara-On-The- Lake to Washington DC. Free parking in the handy car park next door. Nice to see dogs everywhere we went, in the lifts and hallways.

Fridge was so noisy we had to disconnect it! Told the receptionist when we left and she said she'd get it looked at, apologised and gave me a free pack from the food/drink area.

Always nice to have the kitchen- bed was comfortable. My grandson enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Breakfast was good- nice assortment of things. Location is ideal, pretty well walk to everything!

Spacious, clean and suited all our needs, thank you! Side note* Our family reunion almost became rained out, with family coming from different directions, the hotel offered back up options last minute! We were incredibly grateful.

The room was large and had many areas to put our things and sit. The shower was excellent and the room was quiet. The front staff were very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning was aimed too directly on the bed.

Shower was great! Breakfast was very good. Many of the choices were gone unless you were very early to breakfast.

Continued availability of cooked food for breakfast longer into the breakfast. Hot breakfast sandwiches were so-so. Waffles were appreciated.
