Everything! Hotel is amazing, I could not believe how beautiful the hotel is inside, clean and organized. It is amazing! You will be provided with a code, even thought we did not had a receptionist there, the check in went smooth. We just parked the car and explored the city, with tons of walking options to enjoy a lot.

I liked everything there. I would not say that there is a thing that I did not like. Hotel is very clean, pleasant and organized. You will not complaint about it.

Location is perfect..resto is very good The uniqueness of the hotel is the key..love it!!!! Great reception area on 3rd floor with coffee. Microwave..

1st trip..fireman room.no outlet on my side for c pap machine. Had to find a extension from the resto But the best shower!! And the room was spotless. 2nd trip. Houdini room.. bed too high..toilet separate from the sink and shower across the room Hanging clothes hooks and ledge just above the side of the bed. Hit my head getting out at night!! Will make sure not to pick this room next time. Also what are the rooms with ensuite bathrooms?? None in the room?? 3rd floor has a washroom symbol on the wall but couldn't find it

Great location and the staff is excellent! Yes, it’s on the pricy side, but you’re walking distance to downtown and all the bars, restaurants and stores it offers. Clean, comfortable and secure rooms. Free parking and the housekeeping staff made sure to leave me the K cups I wanted in my room after the inventory was wiped out by other guests - so freshly brewed, my style coffee the rest of the stay from a *private* stash. <3

Walls a bit thin, as we heard convos/showers/toilets in neighboring rooms. But they likely heard us discussing sports as well. Wanted to book for next year, but the price is waaaayyyyy too high for out budget for a three-night stay for the first week of LLWS.

Fantastic Stay During the 2024 Holiday Season! My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel during the 2024 holiday season, and we had a fantastic experience! We did need to change rooms after our first night due to noise from a wedding party, but the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and made the transition seamless for us. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. We both agreed that we will make it a tradition to stay here every year while we are in town for the holidays. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

EVERYTHING! The architectural style of the building as well as the eclectic mix of historic yet modern amenities lent itself to a luxurious experience. The room was comfortable. The access codes to enter both the lobby as well as your room was extremely convenient. The location of the hotel in town made it very easy to walk down just a block to enjoy a bite to eat upon my arrival. I am already planning my next stay.

I really can't find much that I would say I disliked about my stay. The bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my preference, however it would not keep me from booking a return stay. I truly enjoyed my stay and am definitely looking forward to returning.

This property is so clean and comfortable. I work overnights so the value for the stay wasn’t worth it for me, I paid for 5 days and spent 3.5 in it. Also every sound echos in this building, you can hear everything that is happening and when people walk around. For a work hotel for night shifters I would not stay here due to the noise level. Otherwise it is very cute and very clean. Loved the stay otherwise! Staff is amazing and very accommodating!

I liked my suite, loved my bathroom- that was the top of my stay. My family got upgraded their stay and that second room had electronic fireplace? -Anyway that fireplace also made our stay cozy. Stuff was helpful. When we told them about a problem that accrued during our stay they did their best to solve it.

A bit dusty blinds. Felt that instead of raising them completely it was better to just turn them. Other than that everything was clean. Bed was super comfy.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Spacious, very clean and perfect location. I've been traveling to Williamsport for years and I am happy I finally stayed at this hotel and will go back. Communication was perfect and easy to get in. Beautiful hotel indeed.

Nothing to dislike. FYI there are no windows in rooms. I loved it but that may be a deal breaker for some. Very spacious, so windows don't make a difference to me.

The building is beautiful & I like the set up. Parking was easy. Our meal in the restaurant downstairs was excellent (especially the shrimp & spinach appetizer) and the service was great.

It would be better if there was some type of curtain between the bathroom & the bedroom. I think the interior could be better - I really liked the old photos, radio, etc in the common areas but there was furniture and some color choices in these area that took away from the beauty of the building. Think they should keep it more simple for a more unified look.

The clean room setting and the overall architecture of the property was great. It was very quiet and relaxing

The overhead shower took some getting use too and there were no rails in the shower room to hold on too . I had slip and fall on the mind while showering. I can't afford to fall under any circumstances. But overall the bathroom was clean and organized.
