The stay was really excellent except that we saw 2 roaches. We did inform the desk person that they needed to exterminate. As for me, I always take bug spray and every other spray with me, because people do bring bugs/ roaches with them! As for the HOTEL it's self, it was extremly clean, quiet, etc. Oh, the elevator was out of order so I told them that I needed 1st floor...and my request was honored!

Only the roaches which I only saw 2. Which wad 2 too many🤔

The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly.

The a/c unit is a little loud.

It was very clean. Everything was provided. The bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. I was traveling for a wedding. I needed a full-size fridge for the cake. It worked perfectly. The location was perfect. It was only 2 miles to the venue. I needed to pick up a couple of extra things & there were several places nearby like Walmart, Publix & Food Lion to purchase those items. I really enjoyed my stay here & will definitely recommend it.

The key card worked very intermittently. Once, it took me about 10 minutes to get into my room. I asked about it at the desk. They showed me using theirs how to position it. I'm not sure if they checked it while I was gone, but it worked better. Others in rooms near mine were complaining about it too. It was inconvenient & a safety issue. This needs to be addressed. It would be nice if a breakfast of some sort were offered.

First floor room, in a quite corner, no loud neighbors, staff was great. Love the mini kitchenette with a regular size fridge and freezer combination. Bathroom was a nice size and shower head was adjustable to control water flow. For a quick trip to catch up with friends, this hotel was a great place to stay and not too expensive.

Room was near parking lot area. No hair blow dryer in bathroom. Coffee provided in room was not that great. Bed side tables somewhat small. No table and chairs to eat food after cooking in kitchenette.

Friendly staff nice rooms

Both nights, after 4, you couldn't use pool or grills. To many people, a lot of them, not even hotel guest. It was really disappointing we had bought stuff to grill and couldn't cook it. I also upgraded my room thru booking.com. When I got to the hotel, they said that the room was sold out.

Room was a great alternative for spending nights with family. We had plenty of space and everything was functional. The area was quiet and the staff was friendly.

I didn't like the process of having to go to the front desk every time I needed clean towels. I wish there was some other way to get clean towels daily.

Nice facility with excellent coffee. Very comfortable suite.

No ice machines. They expect guests to make ice in the room freezer which takes forever. Also, it would have been much more convenient for us to be on the first floor with a dog instead of the 4th floor.

The spaciousness is excellent. The supplies for cooking and eating are very good. I liked that they brought extra blankets when we were cold.

I think you need more outlets by the bed table, I have a bi-pap machine and I ended up having to put it on the bed because the closest outlet was by the bed but there was none above the bed table. A bit pricey

clean. having a fridge and kitchen etc. was great. The staff were all professional friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. I felt they genuinely cared.

we had trouble with our key cards a few times. the staff were very helpful and apologetic. one of our rooms the microwave was on mute which we reported, it wasn’t fixed. one of our rooms you could only get warm water not hot as the tap didn’t turn right round to hot. we reported it a few times, the staff were very helpful, polite and apologetic about it though but it didn’t get fixed.

An excellent aparthotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, for example providing additional coffee and tea. The room was very comfortable with good cooking facilities - we cooked breakfast all 3 days of our stay. We used the clothes washing and drying facilities, which did not need money and were excellent. There is a restaurant within walking distance, however, we drove into the centre of Bluffton where there are lots of interesting and good value restaurants. The town is much more picturesque than we imagined. It is a relatively short drive to Hilton Head Island where access to the public beaches was easy at this time of year. Overall, an excellent few days.
