Property is nice but the room had a body odor smell

In addition to the odor in the room, the AC was noisy. I also saw my room on booking.com for $139, and that what I used to book my room 10 days earlier. I feel taken advantage of.

We were impressed with the cleanest of the hotel. The staff was excellent . Loved the breakfast.

Not that I didn't like anything but the hotel could use some furniture updates. And the tub could of used a non slip mat or strips.

Quiet location. Clean, comfy bed. Five HBO channels. Snacks at the front desk. Great breakfast.

Was a little far away from my friends house.

The staff was absolutely fantastic!!! Maya was so welcoming the moment we walked in. Greg ( I believe that was his name) and Jill were very helpful. I absolutely LOVE the comforters. They are so warm. The daily breakfasts were great. I love it because of all the healthy choices for my husband. The team at this particular location were exceptional!!! Kudos to all of you!

My tub was draining very slow. Just needs a good a good snaking and I am sure it would be fine. I did report before leaving and was offered a new room. It was ok because our stay was short and we were leaving the next morning so noneed to switch rooms.

There were many options from which to choose. It was all kept well-stocked, neat, and clean. The lady who stocked it was very attentive and personable. It was nice that the hot foods choices changed from one day to the next. Coffee was good!

Some of the hot foods and baked goods tasted a bit artificial.

Great proximity to Sun City. Breakfast attendant was very attentive.

Facilities could use some updating, bedside light with charging port not working. Loose tiles in bathroom. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable, even for kids! Room was booked for 4 people, room stocked with only 2 bath towels.

Front desk staff amazing fabulously fun personality, excellent service and professionalism. Rooms are clean, linens are clean.

Was fairly standard for Hampton inns

Arrived early at 1:40pm and was told I could not check in-not even giving keys to room as we were visiting relatives and did not need access to a room at that time. Also, no one answered the phone number which appeared on the confirmation.

The rooms were clean and spotless. Nice workout room. Perfect for a quick workout to begin the day. Breakfast was just right. Simple but with a nice variety of food to choose from.

Breakfast good and staff very accommodating. Problem was the coordination between Booking.com and the Hampton Inn. We had revised our arrival date with Booking.com and that change never went from Booking.com to the Hampton Inn. We got charged for days we were in even there. Booking.com worked most of this out with the hotel but we still ended up paying nearly $200 for a day we were never there. Booking.com said work it out with the hotel. They said Booking.com should refund that day. Not a very pleasant arrival after driving 2300 miles cross country. Reluctant to go through that again. And I used Booking.com quite a bit in the past.
