Location was good

We stayed for 12 days and our room was not cleaned once. We asked several times and were promised that it would be done. The manager was new and had a shortage of staff which he explained was the reason for our room not getting clean. I am sure that all these problems will be sorted out in time.

Location and size of room. I like that there was no carpet in room. Nice tv and cable service. Free internet was a plus. The staff was very friendly! I love the bright green color scheme they have going on.

The bathroom should be cleaner. The toilet had urine around the bowl. I used peroxide to clean it. Also shower floor and doors are dingy. I cleaned floor with peroxide before using. Breakfast was nothing but muffins and coffee.

The staff were great! They helped us with directions and restaurant recommendations. The location worked well for us, it is on the fringe of town, but it was very quiet. The large refrigerator was great. The room was very clean. Nice to-go breakfast options.

There was no coffee pot and coffee in the room. I could get it downstairs, but I like being able to make coffee on my own first thing in the morning! Everything else was wonderful!

Stayed 6 days before my apartment was ready. Great for self-sufficient people who need a room with kitchen. Housekeeping does not come by daily, but will take care of requests quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the staff.

Room not ready when I arrived, but all's well that ends well.

we travel to bluffton often to visit family.. the location & accommodation are very good for our needs.. the rooms are proper clean and in good working order.. the staff is pleasant and attentive without being intrusive.. my suggestion is to keep things as they are.. very clean and in good working order.. no need to change a good thing..

The staff was exceptional. No carpet in rooms which made it feel very clean. Beds could have been softer but we slept OK. Very quiet and felt safe. Minimal breakfast, but coffee was always hot and plentiful. Great value for price. I’d stay again in a heart beat—in fact we did. Checked out and then stayed another night in our way back through!

First thing I noticed is that it was quiet! When I walked into our room it smelled so good! The room was clean. Trust me, do to past experiences, I check EVERYTHING!

Only thing was that it was a tad pricey for just one night.

The staff the machine went down and I had too wait I asked the clerk can I switch my card so I can pay she said no cause of the card reader was down another couple came in they ask the same thing she skip me then checked them in wow no. That was rude.

It was convenient to everything. The price was great. The staff was very helpful and attended to every need. No questions asked.

The rooms had cob webs, and my shower in my first room had roaches come up the shower drain. There was no pool or hot tub to relax in.

Was not interrupted daily by housekeeping. but was able to get anything I needed quickly. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Check-in was late but I did get the room for which I was confirmed through booking.com. After that, everything went very well.
