The location of this property is great, right off I95 and in the morning I 95 exit was right across the street. The staff was friendly even though they were going through a software update, which made things a little hectic. The room was very clear and it smelled really nice. Breakfast buffet was good, pork or turkey sausage, cheese omelette, biscuits and gravy. Plus you had your cereal, and choices of breads, pancakes and warm cinnamon buns. Fresh fruit,Variety of juices , COFFEE!!! OH….the beds, they were so comfortable. I think I covered everything on this hotel. This place will definitely be our place to layover from now on.

We liked the location. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Staff very helpful.

On eht booking .com site the directions given had us go 10 miles out of the way when the exit off I 95 was very close to hotel. Not sure why it directed us that way from the booking .com site. That had nothing to do with the hotel though.

Was easy to get off I-95 and find hotel. There was an area to walk my dog

Hotel was located behind a gas station/ convenience store. Check in and check out staff existed, weren’t friendly nor rude. Explained I had a small dog with me and was hit up for additional $35 charge. I stated it would be nice if I had been told about the charge when I booked.

Traveling back to Florida from Virginia. My daughter insists on staying Holiday Inn Express. I am not so picky. Especially since the price is usually more than other stays. This hotel was fine but pricey. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. 😊

Nothing to complain about really. Since Covid all hotels have taken advantage of raising prices, with nothing extra in return. 😢

Front desk was welcoming and suggested a restaurant that was very good. The breakfast was the best we have experienced and even provided to go bags. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

There were no decent restaurants nearby.

Location for why we were in the area. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very good.

The bathroom could use a few updates but other than that no issues.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The room was fine but the floors were dusty in the corners, and the dresser top was wiped down with a wet cloth leaving streaks on it. The sheets were clean but the floors and dresser top gave me pause.

Close to the highway. Staff was very nice. Great for pets. Room was a good size and very comfortable beds.

Carpets in the room needed a good cleaning. Bathrooms looked to be updated but the bathtub/shower could use an update,

Staff willing to accommodate.... We got there a little earlier and they had a room done for us but apparently someone was smoking in it so we asked that it'd be changed and they did it right away our bed was comfortable breakfast was fine It worked out perfect for we were staying on Hilton Head Island that day.

Pool wish it was outside It didn't look cleanly. But we did not have intentions of swimming in it. Use the workout room for the treadmill and it was fine overall we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was FABULOUS! Night staff was very friendly & efficient & the morning staff was also friendly & friendly very helpful. My husband loved the bed. Firm but soft? 🤷‍♀️ We we’re very happy with our stay.
