was a last minute decision to stay here because prices and ratings were better than surrounding options. Arrived late and for only one night so didn't have opportunity to see much of property. Usually stay with Hilton properties so wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised with the room: it was clean, the bed was comfortable and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend

Perfect location off the freeway, near restaurants and gas stations. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to historic downtown Savannah.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking, but most hotels are that way.

We had a horrible experience with Booking.com and the staff at the hotel worked diligently until it was resolved. We’ll never use Booking. Com again.

Clean room and breakfast in the morning, we try and stop each time we travel to Florida.

Spacious room. Comfy beds nice linens

Air conditioner smelled terribly of mold. Also squeaked. Turned it off after 5 min. Room was stuffy by AM

Breakfast was pretty good - was glad they had some hot options since many do not now due to COVID. The room size was excellent - 2 double beds plus the sofa bed worked for our family of 6. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room was clean.

The indoor pool was closed - not sure if that was due to COVID or maintenance issues.

Room had two beds and fold out couch. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The first room we were given had mold over 1/4 of the ceiling and on the AC vents. We were quickly given a new room but had to call to get a tv remote and pillows. Breakfast was edible. Do not expect much and you will be fine.

Check-in was quick and simple. Room was very clean. I had my cat and it was a pet friendly stay. The bed and pillows where very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

No WiFi! I would expect WiFi at any place we stay along the east coast. We travel from Florida to Massachusetts 2 or 3 times a year to visit our children and grandchildren and Savanna area is one of our stops. After driving 6 or 7 hours we like to relax using our tablets, to not have WiFi available is unacceptable

The placement of the toilet paper dispenser. You have to be a contortionist to reach it. It is back by the toilet tank against the wall in room 337. It is so difficult to get to that I took the roll off the holder and set it on the counter b before I sat down.
