All is great

Courteous staff. Room was large and clean . The bed was comfortable and had ample amount of pillows. Microwave and refrigerator a plus. Bathroom had plenty of shampoo and toiletries. Ample parking .

Room 103’s heater was blowing cold air in the heat mode. Called front desk, immediately was told maintenance would back the next morning. After continued discussion of the situation with the front desk, was finally offered a change of rooms or more blankets. The facility should have the availability of a maintenance worker or someone trained at the facility who could check the room’s heater before finally being offered more blankets or a change of rooms.

The double queen room was good size for 2 adults and 1 teenage age child or two small children. The rooms and breakfast area are clean and nicely maintained. Family-friendly hotel is a great choice for price and overall satisfaction.

If you are looking for close to downtown Savannah, it is a bit of a drive and may have to account for traffic. (20 minutes) When they say breakfast is over at 9 am, it is closed down and cleaned up by 9:05 am.

Again we weren't disappointed. Was the room perfect no it needed some TLC BUT, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff as always very friendly. This is our second time staying there in 2 months. We got in early off the road and they allowed us to check in early. And to our surprise they gave us a suite. We are going to be helping to plan our family reunion and will be telling family like our selves who will be traveling down to stay there as well.

Nothing really. Just needed a little TLC but it was clean nothing major.

Hotel was clean.

The room seemed a little dated. The bathroom need exhaust and not just a vent. The lighting around the mirror was not bright enough to see well to do make up and hair. The room was clean but saw smears on things.

Breakfast was good. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, It being a pet friendly hotel. The staff was very kind and professional. They charged us the wrong price when we checked in but quickly fixed it the next morning. Overall a good place to stay if you have pets, which is what we were looking for.

The room’s windows were paper thin and we could hear all outside noises. We understand that it is near a highway, but you need to upgrade your windows. Reservation center was just OK. The operators are a little pushy and slightly hard to understand probably because they’re in another country.

Everything. We were very surprised to see how big the room was. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We use to stay somewhere else when we visited family but umm yeah we will definitely stay again.

We were told the pool was closed yet later in the evening people were in the pool. Other than that it was perfect.

Breakfast was what I needed.

Barking dogs were unpleasant. I reported one and it stopped for a while. A second, louder dog was barking very early in the morning. Shower needs maintenance on the faucet. A bug was in the tub-I killed it.

Very convenient location close to 95 and with a pleasant Italian grill almost next door. Manager promptly got me a hairdryer when I told her there was none in our room. And breakfast makes it convenient to continue on the road.

Check in was very easy and well handled. Our room was sparely furnished, but furnishings were in good condition and the premises were clean and in good order. The location was quiet. Staff was helpful at check in and breakfast.

Breakfast was adequate, but not very many cooked choices were offered. There were a few, including sausages, biscuits and grits. Given the price we paid, I did not expect an opulent buffet with many prepared items. It was about what I expected.
