There was a young man (I wish I remembered his name) at the front counter (he checked us in) and it seemed that he never left but he assured me he did. He couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly. The waffles, bagels and OJ were delicious. The beds were great. The room was clean and fresh and, most importantly, the air conditioning worked.

The pool was green, and there was no chlorine smell so I was worried. The pillows were complete mush. They couldn't even hold up my head. You should supply soft and firm pillows so patrons have a choice.

It was clean, comfortable and not too much traffic. Calm and quiet. The staff was amazing and very nice. I loved the fact that I was there a few days and really enjoyed myself. Also you're able to log into Netflix, Hulu etc on the TV and it will automatically log you out at the end of your stay. All hotels need this television feature.

None of the doors (inside & outside) to the pool and spa area worked. Staff tried all sorts of keys to get me in. I had chosen this hotel because of the inside spa. So I was upset about that. But I was supposed to stay two nights, I extended my stay. Lol

The hotel and room were nice and as expected. The location was convenient for the business I was conducting in Savannah for this trip.

The bed in room 236 was the worst I've ever experienced. So much so I slept on the couch. Management needs to replace that mattress ASAP.

Staff at the front was very nice, helpful Attentive to my questions and needs while we stayed there.

The server at the breakfast was grumpy and kept getting involve while we served everything seemed to bother her while we served ourselves. Other than that The pool water temperature was off for a hot tub and pool appearance doesn’t look like the pictures pool look darker than I should be.

I liked how Danitra (spelling) and Chris helped us fix our TV and made everything right. The breakfast was ok, but we got there at 9:15 AM as they were breaking things down. Some things were left though, so we were satisfied. We will stay here again next vacation.

Give us cookies or fruit upon arrival! Ha.

The location was great and the room size was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The ONLY problem I had was checking in because my paid information was not sent clearly to the hotel because of a third party which is booking.com who I booked the room with🤨!!

- Good location - Nice decor throughout hotel - Refrigerator, microwave and sink in the room with 2 beds and sitting area - Free breakfast had hot and cold options (rate of 7/10)

- Mattress was too soft - Bathroom towel rack over the toilet

It is very dark in that room. Needs better lighting. Also, the cleaning solution they use is so strong it burned our eyes while in the room. Too much bleach.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was surprisingly comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything we needed.

No access to pool, pool was down for repairs.

THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOM & THE BED WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY WHOLE TRIP! I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!

THE REMOTE CONTROL FELT STICKY & SMALL STAINS IN THE BATHTUB, NOTHING BLEACH COULDN'T GET RID OFF.
