I liked the breakfast. The staff was nice to me and available if I needed anything. The location was perfect because I wasnt too far from restaurant, shops, and other venues for entertainment.

The only problem I had was the noise. For some reason the HVAC unit was loud whenever it came on. Also, during the early morning hours there was alot of noise. Not from the staff but from equipment being used and the sound of bins being moved around. The room I was assigned was on the first floor and I believe it was near the kitchen area or something. Other then that my stay was good.

That the room was a suite with a separate sitting area so we did not have to watch tv in bed; very updated and modern rooms; good breakfas. Most of all, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. We checked out a day early because the family members we were supposed to meet in Savannah were nowhere to be found after arriving, so we went home a day early since we couldn't contact them. The hotel manager was willing to work with us and offered a refund for the last night. Much appreciated.

Everything was good. The only complaints were that the sofa wasn't very comfortable because it was a sofa bed; and the air conditioning wasn't consistent throughout the suite --- warmer in the sleeping area than in the tv area - and the air handler was quite noisy.

The room was a very nice size for the price charged. The breakfast was great, and the kitchen staff did a great job and was interactive. The receptionists knew what they were doing and were very friendly. Great place for a layover! Right off the interstate and not too far from downtown Savannah.

AC system is a little loud and can make odd noises when it comes on. Not very fun to wake up in the middle of the night hearing. But it worked great nonetheless.

Staff very helpful and kept breakfast area clean and stocked. Coffee pot was well stocked. Only drawback to the cleanliness of the room was the bathroom sink - sink is recessed below countertop and the rim underneath was black. However the rest of the bathroom spotless and the room very roomy, beds very comfy and cool for sleeping.

A small freezer in the fridge would have kept ice pack frozen which I need when traveling.

I am a snowbird and I have stayed here coming and going now for over a year. I love that I can stay in a pet friendly room that I am comfortable in as well. I love that Sam Sneads is next door, and I can go there eat, drink, and unwind after a long day of traveling. Location is perfect to get on and off the highway.

Hyatt place room 131. Immaculate, spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having lots of pillows as well. Excellent Wifi connection. Also the room was quiet, as was the lobby. Pool works well and fitness Center has a decent set of weights and treadmills. Sweat towels also provided. The included breakfast wasn’t the most generous but it worked for me with buttery scrambled eggs, cinnamon raisin toast and butter, and granola (amongst a few other options).

Only caveat on the room was it had a weird smell, particularly in the lounge area: a whiff of old urine.

The breakfast was exceptional with a nice daily variety. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, we were checked in to a 1st floor room. Due to the flooding, the room wasn't entirely dry. When I went to the desk for a different room, they immediately changed our room to one on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any hassle once the room move was requested.

Lovely young woman checked us in. Elevator was out of service and she asked if we were alright with stairs. I said no and she immediately said no problem and gave us a 1st floor room. Room was an excellent suite, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good- much better than what is usually offered.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was good. You are located by plenty to eat and there's shopping.

We had issues with the sheets and duvet not being clean. There were bugs spotted. The staff did offer clean sheets and to try and switch the room we took the new sheets but they weren't clean. The bathroom needs ventilation it get hot in there after a shower you have to slide open the door a little. The breakfast wasn't the best they had the regular stuff for breakfast cereal, muffins, etc. but for the price, I figured there would have been more of a variety.

Cleanliness, odor free, friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable, pet friendly, great continental breakfast

The $75 pet fee is excessive, especially since I’ve stayed here before with my cat and without any problem from him whatsoever. I stay at other pet friendly hotels and lodges that only charge $25. They are just as clean and comfortable. Need to add to their customer base, whose pets are problem free and offer much lower pet fees.
