Think it needed some refurbishment

The facility was modern and clean, and we received a very warm and welcoming experience. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the breakfast was not only clean but also delicious. We appreciated that an ice machine was available on every floor. The bed was very comfortable, and the room included cable TV. The bathroom was spotless, and the room was perfectly suited for a family of four, especially when compared to other places in the same price range. We are definitely switching over to this place for future stays and will absolutely come back for our next vacation!

The staff was great, the room was clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The parking lot was clean and had plenty of space. There were TONS of restaurants near by.

Small things: No soap in our bathroom, and the little body wash bottle was nearly empty. The "hot" water dispenser, for making tea at breakfast, was cold both mornings. Also, the first morning, they had taped signs on the outside of the lid to show what was in the warming dish, and on the second day, the tape was still dangling with no sign. 🤷‍♀️ It made me wonder if they had even washed the warming dish that the eggs were in. Maybe they washed it and just didn't pull the dangling tape off. Otherwise, it was a really nice place!

For the price range truly a great value. The staff was great! Very personable and helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional and the buffet breakfast was a great included benefit. French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon 1st day. Hard boiled eggs,real sausage links and red potato hash browns the second plus all your normals as well. Great coffee!! The beds were so soft and comfy. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Parking was easy plenty of room.. Food and shopping right there as well.. we will be back..

All in all it was a very nice place, better than any other that we stayed at in the vicinity before, it being modern, sizeable and clean with friendly staff, who, with the front desk clerk, answered all our questions and helped us out with a good choice on where to dine. (Next door, at Sam Sneed's!) The views were stupendous, and the beds, all you could hope for.

Canadian bacon was identified as the meat offered for breakfast that was actually ham, which I found good but, bacon would have been better and would have been what was itemized, which isn't much of a complaint, really.

We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect — from the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy, spotless room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, plenty of parking space, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend for a quick getaway or business stop. I definitely recommend it and will stay there again — it's conveniently located right off I-95 and just a short drive from Historic Savannah.

I like everything

Staff is exceptional: friendly, helpful, professional. Room and facility are fine, spacious and clean. Breakfast just so-so but adequate.

the sole reason for any rating under ‘10’ or not the happiest face emoji is this: the walls were too thin. We could hear arguments, conversations and, uh, other activities that we would rather not hear. Also, there was one travel trailer and truck taking up 8 parking spaces and another vehicle taking up 6. We were forced on Saturday night, to park in a dark space far from an entrance.

All the staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating. And anytime we needed anything, they were happy to do it, including the front desk, maintenance and the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a good variety. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and grits. There was also a good variety of coffee, juice and milks. It was a nice money saver and convenient.

The building needs a few touch ups here and there but honestly not bad.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the Tanger Outlet Stores. The room was very nice and overlooked the pool and lake. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with "Dove" products. I loved the variety of choices for breakfast.

I didn't like getting charge before my actual arrival and check-in time. The pillows were somewhat hard which made it difficulty to get comfortable for a restful night of sleep. Despite being convenient to different things, I didn't like that it was located behind a restaurant in a somewhat secluded area.

Great breakfast! Wonderful beds and everything was very clean, the bathroom was excellent!

Did not care for being texted to ask what time I was planning to leave … I was texted at 9am and check out was 12pm. I replied to the thread that I didn’t want to receive texts, so they emailed me immediately after to ask what time I was leaving. Didn’t care for that at all 😅
