The cleanliness and beautiful decor. I did not expect it to me a mini apartment. Beautifully decorated, quality breakfast, wonderful outdoors sitting area, basketball goals & pool. The staff was amazingly friendly.

I needed wash cloths at about 10:00 pm and I called the front desk and was told there is no one to bring them to you, we will bring some in morning. My response was, I need to take a shower tonight. I had undressed and taken my wig off and my knees were hurting, so I did not feel like walking down there. She told me to come down to the 1st floor elevator and she would meet me. I got down there and there were two ladies at the front desk. She did not meet me at the elevator, nor had to gotten the wash cloths until I got to the front desk. I read that if we needed something to call. There should be at least one person there that can bring what you need to the room.

Room size and the kitchenette were awesome. Lighting was good in bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Really loved the added surprise of free dinner and drinks on Tues and Wed nights. Decor was very nice.. Staff was very pleasant.

The mattresses seemed a little small and had a little too much give. I would have liked to have had a bedside table on each side of the bed. And more than one outlet in the bathroom but those are minor issues

-Hotel only offered to clean room Once during my 4 night stay(ridiculous) -Slow elevator -Basketball court's rim was bent -Noisy kids running through halls last night of stay..could be heard all day from hallway and floor above me -Found a roach in my room crawling from the window on last night of stay -Was charged for more than my room confirmation showed. -shower door would not stay still during shower. Kept moving from one side to the other

Very clean, spacious, newer and updated. Room was cleaned daily and all supplies refilled. Loved the separate bedroom and living room and kitchen. Love that they take pets.

No poop bags outside for dogs just for convenience.

The decor and architecture was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our suite was gorgeous and had a full kitchen and fun furniture, colors, artwork, and wallpaper. It wasn’t close to downtown Savannah. But the price made the extra drive worthwhile. We really loved the breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic.

New, Clean, Affordable, convenient to airport, Tanger Outlet, Restaurants close by, Quiet, Beautiful grounds, The best hot, delicious and complimentary breakfast. The friendliest Breakfast staff you'll meet. Front desk helpful and friendly. I must say that the guest were cheerful! We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as much as inside. families were having Barbecues and swimming in the pool.

It was very clean- my daughter even did the UV light check. Immaculate! Modern spacious room. Very comfy!! The breakfast also impressed us - delicious!

I could hear both interstate and airport noise but the cleanliness of the room made up for it.

The hotel was very clean, staff were over the top friendly & welcoming, breakfast was good.. I would definitely stay again, we were more than comfortable.

The only downside was the distance from downtown- especially with all the construction on 16

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was very good with eggs, breakfast sausage and potatoes, make your own waffles.

This was not the properties fault but the Booking.com had incorrect information on the room we booked where the room was listed to have 2 kings but turned out to be a king and pullout couch for family of 4. we made it work but more accurate information would have been helpful.

Aside from our initial issue, (We booked a double king and only got one bed.),we were very pleased with the studio we stayed in. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The bed and pillows were were exceptionally comfortable and there was additional bedding in case we needed it. I absolutely loved the double shower heads!

On the night we checked in there was a horrible odor throughout the building. I remember thinking that I would not be able to stay. However, by breakfast time the odor was eliminated and the building smelled fresh throughout!
