Our room was like an apartment, with a kitchen, refrigerator and a sink. Super roomy, and everything was pristine. It's very nice to arrive at a clean and comfortable place after 8 hours traveling by road. I couldn't be more satisfied, we had everything we needed. I loved the renovated bathroom and the big space in the shower so you can bathe three small kids at the same time with no problem.

The breakfast could have been better. My mom and I love to eat grits for breakfast and we couldn't enjoy it because the grits were under-done, totally uncooked. They didn't have regular sugar (how come we all have to be putting artificial sweetener in our coffee now?) On another note, there was no whole milk, but 2% milk.

I like the soft bed, assortment of furniture, the nuck area with the mirror and closet. The kitchen area is well functioning, every staff we encountered spoke and very neat and professional appearance. Breakfast was amazing and organized well.

Really nothing bad. FYI: Just in the breakfast area near the waffle iron, I noticed a guest do the unimaginable and take some nuts and the 3 honey packs that she put it back with her nasty hands. Staff is not to blame because they where working very hard. Guests need to keeping in mind they are not at their home. If you don't want it throw it away. Keep everyone safe. LOL. The chairs infront of 1st floor elevator should not be there. Guest need the space to stand out the way as others get off the elevator.

Our entire stay was amazing, and checkout was at noon. This gave us an opportunity to sleep in a little later than usual; which was awesome.

The cleaning guy trying to rush us out of the room before checkout walked in on my wife and kids without knocking at 10:00 am when checkout was at 12:00

Breakfast wasn't that great. Waffle maker didn't cook them all the way through. Ham was hard as jerkey.

The hotel stay was very peaceful , quiet , fun , friendly , inclusive, and inviting I wish I could stay the whole week . I will definitely be back

Breakfast was excellent, the location is spot on for shopping and for the outlets. Theres things to do for the whole family.

I hate hotels that allow pets🤮 exceptfor service animals. There need to be rooms specifically designated for people who travel with animals.
