clean , convienient , and comfortable. Always a reliable choice when on the road. Breakfast was adequate , not great. would have liked more fruit choices and maybe a hardboiled egg or two

Little grumpy front desk agent . We needed a corkscrew and I have a hard time believing there wasnt one somewhere on the property. We walked down the street to a competitor hotel who opened our bottle for us. She seemed a little bothered by the soccer moms & dads who were partying in the lobby. They wwerent bothering anyone. The kids were cute and having fun and were settled down in time for a decent night sleep.

Close to highway and restaurants/shops, parking lot was well lit and staff was friendly

The lobby had strong scent upon entering, when we went to our room it also had similar scent but not as strong. I needed sheets for sleep sofa so I asked front desk for them…10 min later still didn’t get them so I walked down a few rooms to ask the housekeeper- she just finished cleaning a room and sprayed a scent (same one I was smelling everywhere) as she closed the room. She gave me sheets a few minutes later. The scent is a little too strong in my opinion!

door was jammed during our stay in the room we were in so we had to keep trying a trick to have the door locked so we could leave the room

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel as we were home away from home.

We were supposed to check out on Friday, however we decided to stay visiting with our family one more day. Although we were given clean towels and bathroom tissue the room was not cleaned and we did not receive new bedding.

Rooms not up to date/modern! Slight smell of mildew/moist not sure if it was rug or A/C unit. However bathroom/shower was up to date.

The front desk staff was great, check-in was effortless. The front desk personnel told me everything I needed to know. The breakfast area was clean, I appreciate the extra covid safety steps taken with the food. Thank you for having military parking, glad to see my service honored. I appreciate the 12-noon checkout.

The breakfast selection wasn't great, and the pillows were not that good. I didn't like having to come down to the first floor for ice, but I understand why.

The woman that served the breakfast was not very friendly. I turned the TV to watch something different while I was eating and she got the remote and changed the channel back to crappy CNN and then took the remote to the back so it couldn't be changed again. Not everyone likes watching that station. How rude. I paid for that hotel I should be able to watch what I want.

The property was very neat and accessible. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was really nice. It was nice to finally be able to eat at a hotel. The service was great. The room was comfy and clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE the check out time at 12:00!!!!!!!! I didn't feel so rushed to have to wake up, eat, and check out so early. Don't ever change this. It's so nice. Will definately stay here again.

The only complaint I have is the lighting in the bathroom/sink area. It was really dim and it was hard to see for me to put makeup on. They need to have brighter lighting in this area. It would be nice for the rooms to have a microwave in them also.
