The convenience was wonderful.

The pet area needs to be cleaned or enforced that owners of their pets, clean up after their pets. The only other complaint was that there was a lot of trash left near the elevator. I understand that it was a holiday weekend, but the housekeeping staff should have removed the trash by the bin or the management should have had a back up plan to have someone remove the large volume of trash that comes with a holiday weekend. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant.

We loved the original room and the location of the hotel. The outlet mall behind us was so cool. The staff was so good at trying to correct a problem that was not their fault, but would have been worse had they not gone out of their way to help us. We will be back as of this stay we will not stay anywhere else in the Savannah area and plan to use Extended Stay for all trips we take anywhere. Thank you all for making our trip as easy as possible.

The elevator went down during our stay, we were on the 3rd floor, being disabled my fiance and myself were unable to climb the 6 flights of stairs to our room. The place was totally booked up except one room (unbooked because someone had smoked in this nonsmoking room and spent had lingered, which was not a problem for us). So we were allowed to use this room overnight while our caregivers stayed on the 3rd floor with our belongings. The next day after checkout they managed to secure another double bed handicapped room for us on the ground floor, while removing everything between the 3 rooms we actually had all 3 rooms tied up for several hours. The staff was patient and allowed our caregivers the time to transfer all medical equipment as well as belongings down 6 flights of stairs.

The hotel was located behind the outlets which was fine during the day, but at night felt a bit secludid. There's really no lobby just a checkin desk and a quick.Grab and go coffee/snacks in the morning. The rooms are set up very modern clean no frills but met our needs all the same.

No mirror outside bathroom no hangers and no extras. Hallway carpet old...a bit musty dated. Garbage overflowing near elevator but was removed by morning. Kitchenette in room is a nice touch but no perks included which as plastic wear, paper plates, and/or paper towels would have been helpful.

Very nice room, plenty of space, full kitchenette. Location was great for shopping (right across from Tanger Outlets and surrounded by other chain shops, grocery stores, and restaurants). Not a great location if you want to spend most of your time in Downtown Savannah, though; expect a 30-minute drive.

The room was freezing when I arrived. They're in the process of switching from on-unit thermostats to wall thermostats, but the wall one didn't work, so I had to figure out that the on-unit one did work. The shower also could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was minimal but fine for our purposes. We needed a place to stop and rest during our long drive down to Florida and this property was very accessible and located in a great area with many choices for dinner and shopping if required. The building was modern, well maintained and clean. The staff was very good. The price we got through Booking.com was excellent. I would recommend this location to friends.

The heating and air conditioning unit in the room was wonky. It was pretty loud and annoying and controlling the room temperature was difficult. The breakfast was very minimal. The good part about that is that was easy to get back onto our journey to Florida.

The location was off the main parkway, so not as much traffic noise. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and not afraid to assist with anything needed.

While not near a road, it was directly in the path of flights, so if you were there throughout the day that could get redundant. Only seemed to be a single ice machine in a building with multiple floors. Breakfast could've been better for the rate you're paying.

The room was very nice and comfortable for a one night stay! It’s located within a minute to shopping, restaurants, and bars which is super convenient.

The staff was barely at the front desk and could rarely find anyone when other guests were attempting to check in or out as I was passing through.

A little pricey! Didn’t have dishes, pots or pans in the kitchen area you have to go to the front desk to ask for them. No maid service, no clean fresh towels during our stay and nobody came to empty our trash.

The room was spacious and modern. The beds were very nice and the bathrooms were amazing. Breakfast was grab-and-go with a few options. The full-sized kitchen was nice to have but did not take advantage of it due to being there 1 night. Every person working there we encountered was friendly and gave us all the info we needed.

The location of Extended Stay America is conveniently located near an Outlet Mall, Publix grocery store and an assortment of restaurants, a nail/spa etc. The size of the room was ideal for a family of three. Most especially, Craig (front desk associate) exuded impeccable integrity and customer service. We will certainly return to this Savannah location on our next trip. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality! PS The value of the lodging accommodations was 50% less than previous stays in Savannah. Can't beat that!

The value of the room far exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious with two queen sized beds, there was a partial partition that separated the beds (which was cool). The room comes with a full sized refrigerator and a stove top (which was awesome), to say the least. At the time of our visit, the hotel was very quiet, which we loved!
