The hotel is in a very Prime location. It's walking distance to the Tanger Outlet mall and also Texas Roadhouse amongst so many other restaurants and fast food places. The parking is free and just a normal open parking lot plenty of space to park. I also enjoyed the one bedroom king suite because it had an actual bedroom with the door so it had that privacy from the living room space and the bedroom and living room both had a TV in there with a sofa bed in the living space. I also enjoyed the walking shower and the kitchenette in the room. It added storage to put food and also the microwave was a nice bonus as well. The hotel itself has a little market area and a breakfast place where you can order breakfast and a pool. The room itself was clean and the hotel lobby smelled nice and fresh.

I didn't like how the room wasn't stocked for sofa bed items such as a comforter sheets and a pillow. I had to call down there and request those specific items. Also there was a pillow that smelled really bad when we arrived and we had to put it outside of our room. There was a constant clicking noise in out bathroom, which I believe is due to the fan switch which was broken. The pool was out of service at time of check out. When we arrived, we noticed the water was green.

Enjoyed staying there close to a lot of stuff

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working real well stayed very warm in the room The man checked us in, was very abrupt. I had to ask where to go to get to room, did not tell me where elevator was or anything didn’t even tell me the room number just had me the card with the number it. The next morning at check out the lady was very very nice .

Could have some options in the bedroom as water to drink, snacks. Better hairdryer. Liked: Had toast and coffee for breakfast both days and the person is very polite and attentive. Girls from reception very nice too.

We ate appetizers only-they were delicious. Staff very friendly. Because it was the day before Christmas Eve, the mall was extremely crowded. Normally there’s no problem with the location.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff very nice. Great location. Easy to get and from the convention center.

The bathroom had hair on the toilet when arrived.

Price, hidden taxes, and fees not advertised. Room rates must include these. It's unethical not to publish the total room rate. I'm an IHG member and wasn't asked for my card, nor was the check-in person aware I wanted the points.

Beautiful property with everything we needed for our stay

My only complaint was that we went thru 3 changes of sheets because the 1st two sets appeared to be CLEAN but had old blood looking stains that had been washed.

Clean and comfortable

We paid for breakfast but we're not able to have it because while it is served at 6 am during the week, we weren't told that it isn't served until 7am on weekends. We had to get back on the road.

The room was very nice and comfortable! We had 4 rooms for family and we all ended up on the same floor. That was excellent

The clock time was an hour off, messes with your brain, especially when you have an early morning college graduation to get to
