The lobby was bright and welcoming. Front desk woman was pleasant and helpful.

The price was TOO high and did not include breakfast. Also noted that bottled water provided in the room was 2.00 !!!! Also do not like the coffee machine in room… prefer the traditional coffee maker/pot. We stay at the Savannah airport hotels for convenience before an early morning flight….price is important as we don’t use anything but the room. The Garden in was better than others at that location, but more expensive.

10/10 I will stay here again. It was our first time traveling to Savannah, GA. It’s such a beautiful place with such rich history. We were looking for the best bang for our buck so I wasn’t expecting much. But I was so wrong. The girls at the front desk were so friendly and sweet. The hotel/room itself was very nice and clean. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. We ate and had a few drinks. The food was good and the drinks were as well.

The only semi bad thing I can say is that the hallways were abnormally humid. I don’t know if the heat was up or what. The girls did tell me they were working on some of the building- so that may have been it. Besides that I absolutely loved the place.

The facility was sparkling clean. I enjoyed the thick towels and great pressure in the shower. Lots of hot water! The lobby was bright and inviting.

With the hotel charging $10 per person for breakfast, I expected more. The hot breakfast was equal to other hotels' free buffets. It was not worth $10, so we skipped it and went to Chic-Fil-A.

The hotel is well decorated and has all the modern amenities. The lobby and small restaurant area and bar is very nice. Food is very good. The pet area was very good and easily accessible. Room was very comfortable.

Free coffee in the lobby from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm would be excellent!!

Very spacious room. Couch, coffee table, chair, desk, and floor lamp.... and still had plenty of room to dance around.

Could use better lighting in room and bathroom since both are pretty spacious. Maybe increase wattage of the bulbs. Both spaces were fairly dim.

It was very clean and the staff was great!

The breakfast option. For the cost of the room, the “continental” breakfast should have been included. Also, A/C was not truly controllable-either too cold or when lowered, not cool enough(muggy)

Great location, large room, reasonably priced

Needed to have been cleaned a little better. Cleaning job looked rush. Towels had stains, bedding had stains, quite a bit of hair on floor in bathroom.

The bed was comfortable.

We stayed after Milton and the staff was minimal due to the storm. Friendly but overworked. The restaurant only had two people so it took awhile for the food. However, the pizza was delicious.

Pretty much everything

I'm not sure if it's because we didn't leave the room until around 12pm but when we got back that evening housekeeping had not come in our room.

We could not check in at our arrival time, of 330, even though I had made a request through the third party booking agent. So we waited along with several other people in the lobby.
