Location was great, hotel was clean, late checkout request granted, bar staff were great with restaurant, shopping suggestions

There were no options for people that didn’t eat pork, limited fruit choices, no pancakes/waffles Front desk staff couldn’t give us information regarding the upgrades(premium drinks during the reception, room upgrade)that were advertised for Hilton Honors Members

The area

I don’t like how I booked my stay through affirm and then both my debit cards ended up being charged twice for the amount of the stay when I paid through affirm and paid it off, still waiting for a payment to return. Staff needs to be trained on asking customers did they book through payment planned companies so that mistake won’t happen again, also I’m still waiting on a pending charge to drop.

Everything was prefect. The lobby when we walked in was stunning. Shine and cleanliness as well as friendly staff Our check in rep made us feel welcome as she is celebrating her birthday this month We were celebrating my husband’s birthday yesterday the 26th and hers was on the 22nd Our room was super clean and had a fresh scent

Embassy Suites are head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to the facility. The breakfast is a bonus, as the hot bar/omelet station is complimentary. It saved me atleast 100 dollars on 2 days worth of meals with 2 kids and a wife.

I did not like seeing other people's hair in the bathroom. House keeping should also be mindful that Embassy has a complimentary bar. People throw up in the rooms and attempt to clean afterwards.

I have stayed at this property a few times and it is always great. The rooms and lobby area are always exceptionally clean and smells great. The rooms are very comfortable and feels like a home vibe.

My only complaint would be that the decor is kind of dull and lacking. The bed in my particular room this stay was a little bit too firm, but other than that I always have an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

It was very clean very affordable and the breakfast was amazing!! Just need to have more than one person preparing the omelette!!

The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t have any bath rags !! Had plenty towels though!! That’s the only thing, everything else was Great!!

Beautiful facility, close to the freeway and shopping. The room was very quiet even with the proximity to busy freeway. Nice evening hospitality reception with free drinks and snacks. This and the breakfast make this an added value that is hard to beat. I also appreciated the daily room cleaning which is very rare these days.

I wish the breakfast ran later in the morning.

Location and staff

The hallway has an unusual smell. Perhaps the carpet needs cleaning. The water leaking from the ice machine could be better managed. They do have a wet floor sign up, but why not address the leak?

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were great with extra space room in front and in bathroom. Breakfast and shuttle were great. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Wish the hotel restaurant offered room service but other than that, it was great.

We received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to our arrival asking whether we wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. Apparently we were booked in a smoking room (didn’t even know such a thing existed) we were thrilled when she changed it for us. Same lovely, enthusiastic staff member met us upon arrival. Breakfast was great!
