The overall stay was excellent. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was great. The waffles were a hit. The overall atmosphere was great. We will definitely book again if we are in the area again.

We started off rocky. We almost weren’t able to get the room that we reserved. On booking.com cashapp pay is accepted but when we went to check in the lady advised us that they DO NOT ACCEPT CASHAPP OR CASH. We had to transfer the cash to our actual bank account and use our bank card, which we don’t like using our cards out of town or online. We asked if we could pay cash and the answer was NO. Mind you the next morning while going to breakfast there was a lady checking in (late she missed the check in night before) and the lady that was at the check in desk allowed her to pay for her booking with cash. 🤷‍♀️. That was our biggest problem with the stay. Also we must add the elevator is EXTREMELY SLOW taking the stairs is way faster than the elevator.

The facility was new, which means it’s clean and updated! Breakfast was great! The eggs weren’t the instant rubbery kind. Each day was different (stayed 2 days). First day was sausage links and patties and omelets, next day was sausage, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Plenty of healthy options with fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal!

Walls seem thin. Noise level after 12:00 midnight was a lot, even with the air running to drown it out. You can hear doors being shut (seemed like they were slamming them) and people talking around or above. Beds are on the firmer side, but not bad.

Very clean and comfortable. Shower soaps were nice. Smelled lovely

Breakfast was ok. There are lots of options but just ok. Omelets were not good. The yogurt machine did not work well.sausage patties were dry. Great options to put on toast. Waffles were good. Free parking was fantastic my husband really liked the decorations and use of that barn door for two purposes was great. Nice pillows Sorry I mixed things up.

1. Room was very clean. 2. Brand new hotel facility. 3. Nearby shopping and restaurants, but also lots of evening traffic in getting to the hotel. Much less traffic in the morning when departing. 4. Breakfast had a good mix of protein (egg wraps, some meat) and glycemic options (cereal with nuts etc., self-made waffles, fruits, etc. All paper and plastic plates/utensils. 5. Easy check-in.

1. There were no curb cuts in the concrete curb leading to the front door. Any clumsy roller carts or ordinary bags needed to be lifted. While personally not affected, the lack of curb cuts makes the front entrance inaccessible to wheelchair users and hence not ADA compliant. 2. This facility is only 11 months old but the construction seemed cheap. The 2nd elevator had already been out for 4 months when we stayed. The panel for the shower faucet was upside down with the hot and cold sides reversed. The lighting in the main room was inadequate.

Decent, but no fruit for 2 of the 3 days stay to mix with yogurt. Not sure about the yogurt machine. It would be much easier to have refrigerated yogurt cups. The day they offered bacon was great change from sausage along with the scrambled eggs. Omelets were not good. Staff was very cordial & helpful. My refrigerator didn't work the first night. They offered to change my room, but I was already settled in. The next day they replaced. It would be nice to have a frig with little freezer.

The omelets need cheese not whatever filling is in them. Yogurt cups would be better than yogurt machine. I did not see cream cheese for bagels.

The beds were super comfy, everything is new and very modern in style, mini-fridge and microwave in the room. My favorite was the amazing soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very quiet, away from traffic. Employees are super nice, and we even ordered an amazing pizza from Mellow Mushroom delivered to our room so we didn't have to go out when we arrived very tired.

This hotel is a gem. I actually looked to see where others were around the country so that I could stay in more of them. I am sad that there are only a few others

I loved everything about Glo Best Western Pooler-Savannah Airport Hotel! The room was beautiful, clean and modern! The bed was so comfortable the shower was comforting! Breakfast was also tasty with a numerous selection of foods and drinks. What a Great staff!!! I definitely will stay again!

The area is good, Walmart is just around the corner and few good places to eat on main road. The staff was so welcoming, willing to help professionally and kind. Thanks Elli and Cristina for such a great customer service. Also the gentleman that was at 6 am at front desk today he was so great rebooking my Lyft to airport.

Price per night more higher than the Best Western close to Savannah downtown. But same hotel Brand.

Cassie, the front desk clerk was outstanding. She was very welcoming and when I asked a question or concern, she would give me the answer. Adrian is a great employee. Friendly, attentive, and excellent customer service skills.

On Saturday morning, I reported that the shower curtain in my room had mold. I am allergic to mold and I requested to be changed. I do not care if it was washed, it had mold, period. It is a shame that they did not take care of that. That is a shame.

Everything and everyone was so friendly and welcoming I njoyed my stay. The staff was EXCELLENT

The elevators can be a lil faster and the hallways can have more pleasant scent when getting off the elevators but other than that the property was very nice and clean.
