I like how the hotel is close to the outlet so if your hungry or want to do something else around there you can shop around. Thiers other places you can eat outside the outlet like taco bell, Zaxby's , Chick-fil-A. You can go buy groceries at Sam's or Walmart thats across the street. I like how they also have breakfast but it's mostly just bagel ,bread ,grits, muffin and pancakes with your basic breakfast drinks.

I didn't like how the breakfast only had to just bagels, bread, muffins and grits just wish there was more of protein like ham ,sausage, eggs or cheese but, other than that nothing else I found disappointing.

To start, the front desk assoiate was very friendly and attentive. We found this stay last minute as our previous booking at a different chain was horrific. When we arrived the room was clean and cozy, the building was quiet and inviting. When we left the front desk associate was kind and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was clean and the staff was nice. The price was affordable and the property felt very safe.

The beds were not very comfortable, the pillows were too hard and too thick. It would have been nice if they had a few more breakfast options, maybe some protein. The free breakfast is never that big of a deal to me, though.

The Location. The blue color in the elevator. The lobby smelled real good. The decor. The snack and soda vending machine in the lobby. The breakfast. An ATM in the lobby.

The floor was not swept by the head of the bed and it was old food crumbs and half eaten cookie on the floor. Our room was next to the elevator and we could hear and feel the vibration of the elevator moving up and down.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which was important to us. It has many businesses around to have breakfast or dinner. The personnel was attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is simple but it was a good add-on.

The bed was too hard for my liking. Sadly, You could hear the people upstairs every time they walked!! It was so annoying

The room was wonderful! It was very clean. Patrick at the front desk was very hospitable. He took care of all of our needs in a very friendly and courteous manner.

Everything was clean and fresh. The whole facility smelled so nice. Check in was a breeze and the desk clerk was amazing. Just coming from a very bad experience the night before this was greatly appreciated.

Great location, had a smoking room that didnt stink like cigarettes so thats a plus, whatever I needed I could arrive with 5 to 10 mins from the hotel. Bed was comfortable. I also loved the bathroom vanity mirror and light

Bathroom is very small and the door is thin tou can hear whatever is going on in the hallway
