Beds were firm and supporting, room configuration worked for our family, and breakfast added to the value of the stay.

Pool was dirty and sandy so we refused to swim in it (and my kids were suuuuuper bummed). No bedding for the pull out couch located in the room so we had to go down to the front desk to get some. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom so we didn't have enough for our entire family. Lastly, the lotion and shampoo bottles were out. (Although the toiletries are full size and a premium brand - dove - which also smells amazing!)

This is a nice hotel with plenty of positives. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless, and the interior feels modern and well-maintained. It’s also a nice touch to have a sofa in the room. I really appreciated that they provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in the bathroom. While it’s not luxury, it’s a reliable choice - so much better than the random no-name brands you often find at other hotels, where you’re never sure if your hair will end up clean or greasy. Big points for that!

1. The soundproofing wasn’t great. Our room was near the elevator, so we could hear some noise from the hallway. Even worse, we could clearly hear the guests above us arguing late at night and those below us chatting in the morning. 2. The Dove conditioner bottle in our bathroom had a hole in it, which was surprising since the cleaning staff should have noticed. Since it wasn’t properly sealed, the conditioner was likely spoiled and unusable.

Room was big and clean. Shower was nice and hot with multiple different sprays on the shower head. Breakfast was okay, I would have been happier if 2 out of 3 Breakfast juices weren't out of order; and if they had just regular scrambled eggs but maybe on the day we had breakfast they only made omlettes instead. Not sure as we only stayed one night. The hotel itself was clean and quiet and their biscuits and gravy in the morning were great! Easy check out process as you just drop your room key in a designated box and then go. Overall I would consider this hotel again if staying in the area.

The pool was open but their AC in the indoor pool area was broken causing it to be very humid and a HORRIBLE chlorine smell. The first desk attendant did open an outside door and the door to the lobby causing it to somewhat clear out and cool down but needless to say we only lasted about 30 min top. Overall though that is the only thing I wasn't happy about.

Bed was very comfy, and the sheets were buttery soft. 😀 Staff was all very kind and accommodating.

After looking through reviews, I felt confident that the room and hotel itself would be sparkling clean. When we arrived, we noticed a musty odor in the hallway. Both stairwells inside were dirty and didnt look like they had been/swept or mopped in a little while. They both had a weird odor as well. When we got tour room, we noticed stains in the toilet and shower, as well as soap scum on the shower door. The bedside table area was visibly dirty, the inside of the fridge also had not been wiped out, and we found crumbs on the seat of the desk chair as well. Overall, nothing major, but for the price we paid for 2 nights, it would have been nice to have an exceptionally clean room.

The breakfast was awesome! Chobani yogurt, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, pork sausage, and a pancake machine! Coffee was great too!

The room was a little dated and we found hair in the tub, bed and on a towel. Not a deal breaker for us but definitely an eww factor.

The location is excellent. Near restaurants and shops.

They have not finished remodeling the room we stayed at. A lot of details are either not painted (the bathroom door) or plaster/caulking missing or not done right. We understand it is an older building, and they have already done a lot of improvements. Someone needs to inspect work called completed. Thanks for asking.

Breakfast was excellent and the facilities were very clean. I didn't run into staff much, but when I did, they were very nice and helpful. Overall, it is clear that the hotel is well maintained and taken care of. My night here was great!

The only thing I'd recommend is a bit of better lighting in the rooms. Some people I know sleep better with a bit of light, but there weren't any lights that were dim enough for them to do so. Other than that, everything else was great.

I loved everything about my stay there. I was there for just 2 days on my honeymoon and I extended my stay there I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends the staff was wonderful the breakfast was wonderful the bed was comfortable the only thing that I was a little disappointed about was the pool but the front guest manager explains to me but I still loved everything about it

Everything was great. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were great and the linens were very soft and clean. The full sized bottles of toiletries were a wonderful surprise. All the staff that we interacted with was nice and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is, I prefer bacon or the larger link sausages over the small links and turkey.

We have stayed at other hotels on this street because the location is great for our traveling to FL- right off 95. This one is better priced than others and very reasonable in comparison. We loved the breakfast (amazing sausage, biscuits and vegetable omelets) and thought the room was very comfortable.

The pool wasn't working, so we didn't get to swim.
